They told me her skin was a little irritated probably from the sun but my dog is an inside dog, when I got there the haircut was horrible and had patches everywhere the worst part is the sunburn was actually scratches from the hairbrush and her whole body was extremely irritated and hot. It would have been more humane for them to admit that they messed up instead they tried to tell me her skin was sensitive and I should use a different shampoo. they tried to charge me full price but I gave them half at least for the bath Because I felt bad for the girl who should have been supervised when cutting her hair. Will never be coming back here again.

He was very nice and personable, but told me I was a little far for him and he recommended me to someone else. After that person said I was too far. Ernesto agreed to come down on the weekend, which is totally understandable because Miami traffic is horrendous. He showed up exactly on time as promised. He was super nice and my dogs loved him. He groomed them wonderfully and they smell like a million bucks. I couldn't be happier that Ernesto agreed to groom my babies. He provided such exquisite care and genuine love for them.
