I have used this service twice and I really was hoping for a better outcome. The first time I used…read morethis service was for bath and face trim. It went well. Had a appointment this week and the groomer looked at my golden doodle and first thing was she is matted up. I totally disagreed. She asked me how I wanted her groomed. I informed her I didn't want her shaved. Well a hour later my golden doodle is shaved. Why would you ask me how I wanted her groomed if you knew you were going to shave her. Just pitiful communication. Toe nails were very badly chopped. They feel like they used a dull hatchet. Told me they couldn't use the grinder. They also told me my pet my need drugs to control her. I wouldn't recommend them and definitely wouldn't let them groom my pet again.
