And they refuse to pay for the surgery even tho their vet techs caused this life changing injury on my very young cat. I tried to handle it privately and take legal actions to have them reimburse me for the surgery and they denied. They also lied to me about the diagnosis of his injury by saying it was "genetic" as if he could have grown this genetic illness overnight immediately after seeing them ( in the same leg that they gave him an IV). Worst experience of my life and now my 4 year old cat has a bad leg and is absolutely terrified of the vet now.

I boarded my dog Mishka here while attending my sister's funeral one of the most difficult times in my life. The photos they sent showed Mishka looking terrified and unwell, but they kept saying she was "doing great." I asked four times for my emergency contact (my nephew, who has a close bond with her) to visit and check on her. They denied every request. I also asked that she be walked, and they didn't cooperate. I noticed in two or three playtime photos that she was on a leash, and when I asked why, they said it was for her safety because she's a jumper but isn't this supposed to be a place designed for dogs to play? When I picked her up, she was dirty, had visible signs of diarrhea, and her ribs were showing. A vet confirmed she had lost over 13% of her body weight and suspected stress from boarding as the cause. At first, the facility said they would review covering the vet bill then later refused. Instead of taking responsibility, they focused on silencing my experience.

They do not honor the coupons once they cancel your order and will cancel your order without questions. they also will not let you get your mandatory preventatives from third-party sites like chewy which is very well known. They have become a money, hungry establishment and I think it's so sad when people just want the best care for their pets especially the ones that didn't have homes. I would definitely not recommend them. they are definitely no longer low cost. it is also against typical policy to not allow customers access to their prescription when they have kept up with preventative care. this allows them to mandate that you use their pharmacy even when the price may be higher than all the rest.

He told me his manager said to take the cat someplace else if i didn't want to fill out the paperwork. they did this to spite me but never looked at the cat and left her injured in the box. The manager of Petsense is not only a big animal lover, but makes a sterling effort to support pet lovers in the community. He allows and encourages animal support groups, like LASS the SPCA and other groups to run animal adoption days throughout each month. Group volunteers bring cats and dogs in to meet customers and local residents, hoping that the animals will be adopted into good homes. Petsense regularly displays and cares for 6 - 9 cats for adoption. The cats are clean, have their shots, are spayed/neutered and have demonstrated their domesticity. For a notional fee they are ready to go home. In addition, if you are looking for pet care advise, Petsense in the place to ask. Very cooperative employees are readily on-hand and love to talk about pets. It is so nice to find such a compassionate and caring animal support and supporters right along Highway 9 in Lancaster.
