My dog is not the easiest when it comes to grooming--he's anxious, stubborn, and usually won't let anyone near him with clippers. I've tried multiple places before with no success... until now. The owner is incredibly patient, gentle, and clearly experienced. She took the time to earn my dog's trust instead of rushing the process, and that made all the difference. For the first time ever, he actually allowed a full haircut--and came out looking fantastic. It's rare to find someone who truly understands dogs on this level and treats them with such care and respect. If you have a nervous or difficult pup like mine, this is absolutely the place to go. The infestation on Cody was timed perfectly for the period shortly after he was in the clinic. Of course you wouldn't admit it. You can't tell me that another animal wasn't there a few days before he was, leaving fleas and eggs in the recovery area and gone undetected by your staff. Now my animal will suffer and I will probably have to pay for medication and an exterminator to get rid of a future infestation. We've had Cody for 5 years and never had an issue. We've had three other cats over a period of 26 years and had no fleas. BTW, I emailed the clinic directly through your website and got no reply. That speaks loudly for your "staff". So my poor review will remain intact and shared anywhere I can find to post it.

I did not have a good experience with this place at all. They called to reschedule me to a whole…read moreother day. Then when I get there I explain the type of cut I want and details, I even showed the owner a photo. He assured me they would do a good job. When I picked up my dog they did not follow instructions at all, not mention they took 2 hours longer than promised. I gave him feedback to cut the hair on top of my dogs head and cut the tail down like I had originally asked for. He then proceeded to go back and forth with me about what a schnauzer cut is and what it's not (which I have never had to explain in detail in 10 years). They took my dog back to fix the cut and my dog came back with a clipped ear... My dog now has ptsd with grooming and has unfortunately become aggressive with groomers (which he has never in his 10 years of life). Extremely upset and unsatisfied.
