Finally found a groomer who does a phenomenal job with morkie haircuts.

They turned my Chewbacca into Prince Charming. Absolutely wonderful customer service and they did an incredible job grooming my dog. They are very affordable.

Lordy. BEST CUR EVER!!! First time picking up Boo she not only looked fabulous but smelled intoxicating as well. Highly recommend these folks. And the bonus is touring the town while waiting to pick up your four legged kid.

    Cut or burn.

We took our puppy there this week for a try. We will not be going back. He's a little guy and it took them six and a half hours for a grooming. The worst part is that when we got home, we found a cut under one of his legs that is clearly a gash related to the sheers they used or scissors. The groomer would have easily noticed this not only visually, but when I'm certain that he started crying. The worst part is that they did not mention it too us. Frankly, we think that it took so long because of this and they wanted to wait until it stopped bleeding. Others seem to like this place, but this was our experience. Needless to say, it was not a good one. I wish Yelp allowed us to give less than one star.

After picking up our four legged family member we communicated that we were not pleased with the cut and the multiple requested services that were either forgotten and/or not completed fully and boy did things go downhill from there. It is a sign of poor customer service and lack of compassion and empathy in my opinion when you bring an issue about the service to someone's attention and are met with excuses and invalidating statements such as "All my customers love me", "I have never had a complaint", "You can ask anyone and they all have great things to say about me", "I am the most (fill in the blank) person you will ever meet", "I feel like you are the type of person who just complains about everything" and "I have been doing this for 20 years, so I know what I am doing", as these statements reek of defensiveness and rationalization, rather than simply acknowledging the issues, apologizing and vowing to do better moving forward. The former results in a negative experience and a lost customer, while the latter results in a second chance. Unfortunately this place lacks not only basic customer service skills, but comes off with a condescending and dismissive attitude that I would not want myself nor my pet to be around, because if that is how someone comes off in my presence, I don't want to imagine how that might act when I am not around, especially when their job is supposed to involve compassion, understanding and patience. Yes, we should support small businesses, and yes times are tough due to Covid, but no that does not mean we should settle for "less than" as basic manners don't get a pass just because of the times, as they should be a value that we carry with us at all times, because adversity doesn't just test character, it reveals it.
