I was crushed. Stormy is really not well & they refused to see us, even with an appt. We would have been there by 3:10 p.m. This after my regular vet couldn't see us in a timely manner so they referred us to the Carling Animal Clinic. The Carling Animal Hosptial tried to send us to the Ottawa Veterinary Clinic at Carling, but they charge 2x the $! How could they refuse to see my dog because he's old & has too many symptoms?! It's unethical & unprofessional to say the least. If they did it to me, they will do it to others.
