So I ordered a 7 mares soup from here. Through Uber eats and I did pick it up since I only work down the street. I've eaten here before so I know the food was good. And honestly, it didn't taste bad it taste really good actually. But my problem was the amount of seafood that was given to me normally, when you go to another restaurant, they give you shrimp octopus, and maybe a cluster of crab legs. Clams and mussels and other stuff. It's called matters because they're supposed to give you seven different type of seafood. but at this establishment, I guess cause they were trying to fit it all inside of the container. They only gave me two shrimp and one skimpy crab leg. One mussels 2 clams Lol. Like I said food was good but I feel like they could've pitched in at least three more shrimp. That's the only complaint I have. Other place I've ordered from usually package it separate from the soup. The other thing was I paid on Uber Eats but when I got there, they still tried to charge me again. So I had to show them my app that I had to paid and my bank statement. Ordered for pick up, 1 bean and cheese and 1 cheese and spinach pupusa. When I got there, I was really impressed how esthetic they decorated this place. Did a pick up like 8 years ago, not sure if it's the same owner, place looks cute now! The shopping center isn't the nicest, a bit desolate I would say and inside completely different story, clean and welcoming, TV screens for their menu constantly showing different dishes. They even have alcoholic beverages. I definitely want to come back and eat in. Pupusas were piping hot, good size for $4 each and were good. I've been alil under so I'm not sure if my palette was off, the cheese was cheesing but I just didn't get that super tasty cheese pupusa, it was certainly filling though. I asked how long my food was going to be and she said 12 Minutes and said it was, "for here and a large drink of ensalada." Without my consent: my 12 minutes turned into 30 minutes. This was the last time I ever go here. The worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The waitresses only seem to be interested in flirting with and hanging out with patrons at the bar for tips. They usually take a while to prepare the food, which was fine... I knew what I was getting into. But this last time, I walked in, placed an order and waited 45 minutes before they decided to start making my food. Hello i made an order here at 4:10 they said 20 min wait which i felt was reasonable for 3 pupusas, pastelitos, sope de gallina and a side of yucca con chicharron (60$)i get there 10 min after the said 20 min, where I thought I gave them time to complete my order i walk in pay and after i pay the cashier tells me it will be an extra 15 min. I commented "i made my order 30 min ago..." and no response lol so i go outside wait the 15min and come back in after to where the girl says 10 min... i was going to ask for my refund but decided to just wait because my sick mother is home waiting for her soup. There's only one waitress (at least when I went) and there was a good amount of people so she was trying but still pretty slow (but she was nice, don't get me wrong) I've had worse pupusas and I've had better.
