Update. This place deserves 5 stars for its true authenticity. The food is always served fresh. Lovely staff. Great environment

Service is not good. They charge you extra for takeout delivery if you want more red sause for the pupusas. Spent over $30 and barely got 1 sause for the pupusas that is not enough for all the pupusas I got."no buen servicio te cobran por salsas extras para llevar." Las pupusas casi $5 y no te pueden dar salsa te cobran extra".

These Pupusas are sofa king good! They make it fresh and piping hot!

I was craving for some pupusas one day and stumbled upon this place while searching Yelp. I was a little frustrated ordering over the phone as the lady on the phone couldn't hear and understand anything I was saying. I was persistent to try them out, so I ended ordering in person, and waited 30 minutes for them to prep my order. Gladly, I persevered despite the long wait 'coz their PUPUSAS are some of the bests I've had. I've been coming here since, and I've been lucky to have gotten someone more helpful on the phone. Gosh, how I wish places like this have online ordering available or just someone who can speak English 'coz it's a hit or miss placing orders on the phone. Despite the challenges of ordering here, their Pupusas are so good, and they make it fresh upon ordering. It comes out piping hot, and so delicious! You can taste the corn flavor of the masa, and their generous with their cheese fillings at such reasonable prices, starting at $3.99/each. The flavors I've tried so far are: Queso (Cheese) - So simple yet so good! Chicharron Con Queso (Pork & Cheese) - This is a family favorite. So delicious! Jalapeño Con Queso (Cheese & Jalapeño) - I personally didn't like this. Queso Con Loroco (Cheese & Loroco) - I love this! This is my personal favorite! This place had become our go-to for some amazing Pupusas!

AMAZINGGGGGG pupusas!! The service was good and the staff was so sweet. The food came out in 15 minutes, SOOOOO worth the wait, it was fresh and flavorful. Recommend 10/10

3 Pupusas, 1 salsa, 1 small bag of curtido. (2022)

Are you reading this because you are interested in their pupusas? Well if you are, CALL YOUR ORDER IN 20 mins before you want them. Apparently you can order online or call. There's located in a small plaza that has a liquor store, a burger joint, and a car body shop. Pupusas are very well worth the wait. They are STUFFED with the filling and the dough is so crisp on the outside and nice and soft. The loroco and queso is personally one of my favorites. The jalapeño and queso and the revuelta (pork beans and cheese) are good as well. Curtido (slaw) is heavenly. Only down side is for three pupusas a they gave me a small 3 oz salsa and a small bag of curtido. I asked to order an extra side of curtido but the lady said don't worry about it but lady I am going to worry about it. The curtido is fire and I will definitely check my order before I leave next time so I can get what I need of the curtido and the salsa. Highly recommend! Wanna try their plantain empanada and their corn tamales!

Can the pupusas be made gluten free? I saw the rice flour, but want to make sure.

Can I get gallo pinto here?

Yes but we call it Casamiento :)

I should have ordered ahead as it appeared many people did. None the less I am very happy with the wait! The service was great and they were very helpful with recommendations. I feel like pupusas are meant to be kept simple and they mean a lot to me. They are made to order and you can tell by the quality. The Revuelta has a lot of delicious fat and salt from the pork. It's a grounded pork. It combines really well with the beans and cheese. It has a very unique flavor profile. I can see why it's so popular. The Frijol and Queso was my absolute favorite. SO creamy!! I love the thickness of the maiz. And it wasn't too oily! My favorite part was the cabbage salad. It is slightly fermented. It kind of resembles a very very mild kimchi or sauerkraut. Super flavorful and bright. I thought the bag of red sauce would be spicy but it's actually quite sweet. It pairs perfectly with the pupusas. It is tomato based. I always feel very healthy after eating El Salvadoran food. I especially felt great after eating here. The quality and balance is all there.

I don't like that none of their prices are listed, probably because it is a bit overpriced. The pupusas were pretty good and I appreciate that they have a spicy sauce option, since most places only offer the traditional tomato sauce.

But this is sad to pay for a food that it tastes like old bananas or plantain. it was a really sad experience . They don't want to be responsible for a bad food they sale ? I think I will never go back to that place ! My apologies to the owners of this place but the guys that works there don't care about making people feel happy about your food .
