Albondigas- Guau. The broth was full of flavor. Not bland at all. Seasoning was delicious. The albondigas were nicely cooked. The vegetables were cooked to a good texture, not too smushy, not raw. Pupusa de queso and chicharron- Super super delicious. I love the flavors, very rich and savory. I love their tomato salsa. Coffee- The coffee was actually pretty decent. I enjoyed it a lot. They left a menu flyer on my windshield, so we decided to give them a shot because the food looked good on the pictures. Upon our arrival the location looked sketchy not a place you would want to leave your car parked. Lol All the stores in the plaza looked outdated and dirty except El Cielo. It was the was only one that stand out. Yes It's a hole in a wall but I promise you won't be disappointed. My husband and I decided to get Cheese and bean Pupusas and also Cheese and loroco Pupusas. Honestly for the price their Pupusas were super stuffed with so much flavor and so much of everything. We are happy to have finally found a restaurant that sell bomb Pupusas. We will definitely be back to order some more. I almost forgot, The owner and the girl who was there idk if it's the daughter, wife or just some worker. They were both awesome ! Great service !! Just received my delivery order, first time ordering here. My order was perfect, requested extra curtido and for the different pupusas to be labeled. They accommodated all my requests. First time a restaurant has. Food was delicious, for sure will definitely be ordering from here again. To my surprise they also included two small containers of aji, if I had known they offered it, would have requested a large side of it; like to have it on buttered toast.. It's my first time coming here for menudo, and I must say It didn't let me down. The menudo was deliciously cooked and filing (medium size.) it doesn't have hominy (grano de maíz) but it doesn't influence the flavor. I will definitely come here again. I have been here multiple occasion and I have always received a warm welcome, and felt a family business. My favorite dish is the Guatemalan Tamal, and the horchata is great never had such a great tasting horchata as here. The location may discourage you to go in but it is 100% worth it. Pupusas were full of yummy cheese. Not greasy at all. Pretty good! I will be buying again. Location is quite shady. That's why it's taken me so long to try it out. My husband had a torta and he really liked it. Only giving it 4 stars because of the location. I ordered to go and had my husband pick it up. I try not to even walk in that plaza.
