They have remodeled their seating area so more people can fit and dine in. I decided to get a breakfast plate since it was still morning. I went with their "huevos Rancheros" that is served with refired beans, cream, cheese and fried plantains. I asked for a side of bread which was nice and toasty upon arrival. The plate's presentation was simple yet served neatly. The only downside was their refried beans seemed to be on the watery side but still tasted good. For my drink, I went with a hot coffee. Refills are offered for people dining in. The times I have visited, the place has not disappointed.

The cheese on the pupusas was a bit salty for me but everything else was amazing. Go with ALOT of patience as they do take a bit to bring out the food. There's some parking in the back but it's scarce. Street parking is tough. That would be my only negative point about this place! Perk, they sell beer and alcohol!

This time, I ordered two pupusas and then their pastelitos. Pasteles de res. First things first- the restaurant is easy to find and parking isn't too bad! There are some spots in the back, but I've found street parking easily both times I've gone. Inside, the restaurant is decorated with all sorts of nods to El Salvador, including a super iconic soccer jersey and even some Salvi beers. The workers were all friendly and accommodating. The food is GREAT!! The pupusas are good. Cortido is awesome. I really liked the pasteles, even though I've only had handmade before, so I was skeptical, but they were so good, I devoured way more than I meant to!! I really did mean to have leftovers from my order, but I only have one remaining pastele- they come with three to an order. I will continue ordering from here and hopefully I'll have a chance to eat at the restaurant next time! So good!

They have a rear entrance so no need to walk around. We walked inside and were received by Joseline Fuentes she greeted us with a very warm smile and welcomed us inside. We were told to sit whereever we like. There was ample seating as well. We. Chose one of corner booths/tables and definitely enjoyed our time and our food. We got pupusas combo which comes with two pupusas, rice, beans and a salad. I added an extra pupusa to mine. We ordered a tamal on the side and a pan con pollo. My wife got a pepsi and I got a jamaica. Joseline the waitress immediately brought us chips and salsa and was very attentive and friendly throughout the entire encounter. She offered us more chips, our food came out fast and the music and the vibe all in all was relaxing, accomodating and enjoyable. Big portions and the food was delicious. The pupusas were freshly made, the pan con pollo was suculent. We will be returning soon. Perfect ambiance to eat peacefully and enjoy salvadorean cuisine. The decor was definitely on point. Made me feel like I was in El Salvador.

Be prepared to wait for your food. It felt longer than most but the taste was good and everything blended well. I had the huevos eatrellados breakfast. The sauce to it was whatever and not much taste to it but combining it with the beans, plantains, cheese and sour cream, took me back to childhood. The pupusas were quite exquisite and can't deny the flavor that came out of the curtido. It was just right. I would hope that the pupusa had more of the ingredients but still hella good. I like mine with a little crisp to it so if you don't like it that way you might not like it at all.

No need to be rude about it, it's apart of the craft! The food is perfectly delicious and the fillings are very fair in portioning. It's affordable and made for everyone to enjoy. Everything was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. The fish and oysters were fresh and the drinks were damn good. We also got the charred skirt steak with papas, and it was super tender and delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to snap a pic because we devoured it so fast. My only tiny critique is that the Kona Kanpachi could've used a little more flavor, but the fish was so fresh and vibrant that I didn't mind. Our server, Denise was super attentive and full of great recommendations! This was one of the best dinners I've had in a long time. I'll absolutely be back. Chef's kiss!!

It's has a large bar area with natural light that comes in through the windows. They also have a lot of seating. When we walked in we were greeted right away by the host. He asked if we had reservations. We replied with a no. He took a few minutes and the said that he could seat us. He took us to a booth in the corner and then told us that our waiter would be taking care of us soon. He asked us if we wanted anything to drink. We told him water and he brought us some water fairly quickly. Then another person showed up and he told us that they would take care of us the rest of the evening. Our waiter was very friendly and did an excellent job all evening. After looking at the menu we decided what we wanted. We started with the guacamole chips and salsa. The chips were okay. They were lightly seasoned with salt. The guacamole was fresh and the salsas were tasty. I preferred the green salsa as the red salsa was spicier. For my main meal I ordered the Quesadilla filled with skirt steak, pico, avocado, salsa, and crema. The quesadilla was delicious. I've never had a quesadilla like this. It was rolled up and looked like an egg roll. The steak was very tasty with a lot of flavor and the other ingredients were fresh. It was so good. For my side I ordered the rice and beans. The beans were good and had flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked. Combined the rice and beans had flavor and were very filling. Overall Encanto was a very nice restaurant. The bar area is large, the seating was comfortable, the service was very good and the food was delicious.
