The food alone gets 5 stars! Service low 4 stars, could have been way better. Our table was wet, they didn't wipe it down. The coffee was not strong, left a lot to desire. Love the art work all around the restaurant. The music was a nice touch too. Yes I would go back and recommend. I took some extra pupusas home for the mother in law. She loved it and asked where we got them.

I went to Con SAbor Salvadoreñoyesterday with my 2 toddler & have to say we had a good experience. My kids ordered breakfast eggs & I ordered a tamal de pollo y pupusas de loroco. I enjoyed the taste of everything, the service that Lily provided was excellent she was so sweet & attentive. I drove from Santa Clarita because there really aren't any Salvadorean spots near where I live. This was my second time at this location. It was pouring rain so not many patrons were In the restaurant which personally I enjoyed, but truly think the restaurant deserves it. Ambience was as good as it gets with it being empty. Overall , yes I would recommend! Also, there's plenty of parking in the back.

Today my mom and I were shopping around the San Fernando strip and passed by this restaurant. It looked so beautiful and welcoming so we decided to grab a booth! We were so happy to find out that both the atmosphere and food were amazing! Service was really good and everyone was very kind. My friend and I were craving pupusas and decided to hit up the nearest pupusa spot (being from the Northeast SFV were blessed with great Latin American food near us). The inside of the restaurant was painted with beautiful murals in the iconic Salvadoran blue. Despite how busy it was when we walked in we were greeted kindly by the staff and were seated right away. Upon looking at the menu my friend and I decided to share a panes con pollo and ordered one pupusa each individually. Una de loroco y queso y la otra revuelta. When the food was brought over the staff brought a tray of curtidos(pickled vegetables, yum). The panes con pollo was delicious and the salsa that accompanied was also flavorful. I was in San Fernando for work and came across an awesome restaurant. I had a pan con pollo and a pupusa. I was surprised by the nice presentation of the pan con pollo. It was loaded with chicken and veggies and was very satisfying. The pupusa was very flavourful as well. I love that they had spicier green sauce and pickled onion as well as usual red sauce and cabbage. The service was attentive and friendly. The owner told me that they have another location in Reseda which is closer to me which is a great news. I highly recommend this place for Salvadorean food fix! read more

Everything was amazing the food was so good and the service was even better!! I got popusas one jalapeño and cheese and the other with pork and cheese! The food and the sauces were amazing. Yet I could see paper cups nearby. Initially I ordered a vegetable burrito from the young (14?) cashier. Language challenge pachencoed the question off her father and grandmother seated at the dining table in the kitchen! This music volume will be my earthly departure.... The father then conferred with two cooks in the kitchen returning a second time to me confirm beans - quac, pico de gallo etc. the abuela then asked to confirm no cheese - sin queso as l twice stated. It's against the law not to serve water in a cup if asked for right? There were no beans.... I returned to the counter: standby. The granddaughter, abuela and el chiefe conferred and agreed that I should get a side of frijoles. There's a reason I experienced this. Once I figure that out - I may have reincarnated. Overall the flavor was fresh and good - but ordering a vegetable burrito shouldn't require a committee.

The casamiento (rice n beans) was super dry. We were the only ones there, that should have been a clue. Today we ordered 3 red chilaquiles with chorizo and eggs (they used to mix the chorizo with the scrambled eggs). The rice was so tough, it was not edible, it was undercooked, what we got were the scrapes that were probably stuck to the pan. The chorizo was not mixed with the eggs, they just placed a whole piece on top of the eggs, the eggs had zero salt. The orders were missing the crema and queso fresco like they used to. The chilaquiles were bitter because some of the tortilla chips were burned. They charged my husband $100 Just for 3 orders of chilaquiles. They charge $4.00 for the small piece of chorizo they add to the plates. So the total should had been $72.40 with tax. I noticed when I tried to replicate the order online that they automatically add a 15% tip. I am sure they do the same when you order in person for to go orders or dine in because their totals never matched my totals. My husband never asks for a receipt, so there was no way for me to double check, but today he told me how much he paid because he saw how upset I was with the scrapes they sent us. This was the last time we will give our business to this sorry a** place. I took a screenshot of how much our total should have been without a tip because our order was to go.

The food has 4 star prices with 2 star quality and presentation. If I'm going out to eat I'm not just looking for convenience, I'm also looking for taste and service. The drinks were great, I got the passion fruit juice, fiancee had a bottled Coke and bestie went with a horchata. I paid with card, and I typically decline the tip so I can leave that in cash, but somehow the register decided to add a tip anyway, luckily I noticed so I didn't leave an extra tip. If you don't speak Spanish, don't bother coming here. I would love to give them a try for other items, but sadly the breakfast experience left a bitter enough taste that I will not be returning here.

I'm Salvadoran, and these pupusas are some of the best I've tried. The flavor is really authentic and reminds me of home. Unfortunately, the service was not good. They seem to be understaffed, which makes everything very slow. I went when the place was full and there was only one waitress attending all the tables. The girl who helped us had a bad attitude. When my mom asked about her plate, she responded in a rude way, saying she couldn't handle everyone at once. We also had to get up ourselves whenever we needed something.
