When Kathleen is not available (rare, because I book appointments ahead of time), I am never worried, because all of the waxers that I have seen are professional and friendly. Besides the high quality service that Kathleen provides, I love EWC because of the wax passes. Yes, prices have gone up (especially, in the age of inflation the last few years), but it is still worth it for me. I get my eyebrows waxed every 2 weeks, so the unlimited wax pass just makes sense. However, I also like the fact that there are wax passes with limited quantity. And they never expire! Seriously, I purchased a 7 lip wax pass back in 2020 for my wedding and engagement photos, but it is not a service I regularly use. I still have some lip waxes in my account, and I can use them as needed (like for special occasions). This particular EWC always seems busy with men and women bustling in and out for appointments, and the traffic has taken its toll on the lobby furniture. The lobby could use a bit of TLC, but everything is still clean and functional, if a little worn. Overall, I am still in love with EWC!
