I've never had this poor quality done that so many broke in only a few days. I get the hard gel and they have always lasted 3+ weeks.

Because of that experience, I was excited to return. Unfortunately, my second visit was very disappointing. I was paired with a different nail technician, and the quality of service was noticeably different. She asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, and I said yes, but she only trimmed my big toenails and left the rest untouched. The polish application was also very poorly done. It was uneven and looked rushed--the worst polish job I've ever received during a pedicure. I considered mentioning it, but her two children arrived during my appointment, and I got the impression she may have been distracted or trying to finish quickly. Based on my second experience, I don't plan to return. It's unfortunate because my first visit set such high expectations. I hope the salon can provide more consistent service in the future.

Many places don't do that anymore. The location was easy to find in the Clear Acre's strip mall. I was welcomed by the Owner Jenny and she passed me off to Isela, she started a couple weeks ago. It's a Latino driven shop. They have pedicures, deluxe and VIP. I got the deluxe I wish now I got the VIP for $5 more to receive the paraffin wax . The range is $60-75 for gel and $5.00 for decoration. I was there for a hour and half, Isela took her time. She can do free style art work or stickers. I chose the stickers. The place was spotless and they asked if I like a small bottle of water which is always a nice touch. I paid with cash not sure if there was a credit card fee or not. No discount for cash. The Technician was very gentle sometimes I do prefer the cheese grater for my winter callous, but otherwise, I'd go back, but I'm always on a mission to try different nail salons in the area.

The good- I got right in on a Saturday afternoon. Which maybe should have been a sign......I got a…read moremanicure and pedicure with regular polish, and they had no issue with that (some salons kind of give you crap for wanting regular polish I've experienced). The massage chairs were nice, they used the plastic insert in the pedicure chair, which makes me feel better about cleanliness. My technician was kind and did a good job. BUT- the bad. The place is dirty. The bathroom was gross. Like dirty gas station gross. The floor was dirty in the main salon space and my massage chair needed a wipe down. This place needs a deep clean and a facelift BADLY. Also, it's not in the best part of town. There is a bar next door and cigarette smoke was wafting inside. Overall, due to cleanliness- I will not be back. Finally, it is a cash or Zelle only business. Which I was not aware of but luckily I do have a Zelle.

I was a walk-in, wanting to get my toenails done for my wedding day. I'd come in an hour before…read moreclosing. I was greeted promptly, told to get a color, and a pedicure chair was selected for me to sit in. I waited for about 10 minutes before my service started. There was only one nail tech available and he was finishing someone's manicure before he could get to me. The lady who had sat me went back behind the front counter to continue a phone conversation. The salon itself is very beautiful and the vibe was calm. Once my service started, I let the massage chair do its thing and tried to relax. The nail tech first started by clipping my nails. Overall, the length was fine. Later in my service, he poured alcohol all over my toes. I have some cuts on my toes and the way I tried not to scream... He didn't just do this once, but twice! Never has someone just doused my toes and that pain was horrendous. As he was used the callus remover, I felt significant pain. He scrubbed at my big toe callus for WAY too long, and my toe started to ache. When he was massaging my legs, he kept smacking my feet, which felt pointless. He grabbed the baby blue polish I had selected and started to paint my toes. He couldn't find a top coat at first, but did before my service was finished. I wanted to dry my polish under the blower before leaving, and he made it feel like it was an inconvenience that I would ask. As I was sitting there trying to be protective of his work, he came back with his things, ready to go home, and basically told me it was time to go. I left a 20% tip and walked carefully to my car. Upon further inspection when I got home, I was beyond disappointed. The blue paint was streaky and the top coat didn't cover all the paint. I had told this man I was getting married and the sheer frustration I felt looking at my toes was upsetting. I didn't go back to have him fix it because I figured I wouldn't be able to tell in the photos. But still, I would rather be told, 'No, we don't have time', than fudged through the process. I got the basic of what I needed but I will never return. Less than a week later, the top coat is peeling off. -_-

Tony, the owner, is wonderful and very friendly every time we're there. My pedicure turned out amazing, very well done and exactly what I was hoping for. They give such good massages and I always feel so relaxed and pampered after I leave. Services can be booked online or over the phone. If you enter your number you earn points for each visit and can end up getting $15 off once you reach a certain point limit. I love this place and recommend it to everyone.
