Our local Auto Repair consequently did the Trans Service, fixed the motor mount and exhaust and our car is running like a top! They were "Johnny-on-the-spot" in getting to me & back on my way. Had to be under 20 minutes from request to back on the road. My bike sat there for 2 weeks without even being touched, because they said the brake lever hadnt been delivered yet. Never called me once to let me know why it was taking so long. The communication from their end was nonexistent. I had to be the one to call them every couple days, and it felt like pulling teeth for them to tell me anything. If i was running a business and let a customers product sit there for 2 weeks, you better believe im going to be in contact with that person letting them know why its an issue. I understand that there arent many shops in the area that work on bikes, but customer service can go a long way in making customers feel comfortable and continue wanting to use the company in the future. I guess because there arent many other shops around, they figure they dont have to care about peoples time. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
