The back of my backyard butts up against the street and they really was no dirt for the rock to sit on. Javier knew to put dirt and fill that area so the new rock would not fall out between my property and the rear fence. After the winter, all the rock started coming out the back of the property onto the street because Javier never put any dirt underneath it where he was supposed to. I sent him photos and asked him if he would fix this and he denied it and said that he put dirt there when you can clearly see there is no dirt there. Now all the rock is falling out. After he told me he put the dirt there I went and really looked again really hard and already knew there was none there and then sent the video showing Javier that there was no dirt. After that, Javier never responded and will not answer my calls. Would not recommend him. I have to put one star to post the review otherwise I would put zero sad to say. Javier seemed like a really nice guy at first.

When our community was created 31 years ago, the developer chose to plant type of inexpensive, fast growing pines (Aleppo) on the outer perimeter surrounding our community. Over the years, while these pines were attractive, they were messy year-round, grew to sixty and seventy feet in height, caused root damage to the plumbing of numerous homes homes and required risky, expensive tree trimming annually. With CLS' guidance, we are now in our third and final phase of removing these pines (early 2025), and are actively planting attractive new evergreen trees with non-invasive roots that will grow to a maximum height of 35-40 feet (Australian willows and carrotwoods). We'll benefit from lower maintenance expenses, which will enable us to invest in landscaping upgrades to key interior areas of our community. CLS, and especially its tree czar Ramon Tovar, continue to be a great partner to La Mirada Villages.

I asked him for help and him and two other ladies came and completely cleaned up probably 10 years of overgrown weeds, shrubs,ivy and grass. Additionally, they hauled away an unused barbeque and flat top grill, a fold-up table, standing table, some chairs etc. They even cut down a small treen that was a nuisance between our house and our fence. It was a lightly rainy morning but they arrived and worked anyways until it cleared up and continued working. They were here from 8am to 5pm and were very polite humble, and hard working.
