The G-Dawg and I are about to graduate from puppy obedience school, and I will be signing up for the next level. My puppy is trouble, just like me. Miranda is a puppy/animal behaviorist and trains by the positive enforcement clicker-method. My puppy is, of course, brilliant, so I love it when he catches on that he's supposed to accomplish complex manuevers such as "down" or "sit" or "don't eat". Miranda also works with problem dogs, and I've heard only good things about her. I'm taking off a star for the physical location, but I'm sure the rent is reasonable and it's not like one can make a fortune off of dog training and doggy day care.

It felt like she was a fairy who took my baby boy to another journey, I trusted her fully. His ashes were beautifully presented. It truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail was meticulously crafted. A pleasant surprise was a card with a personal note from Dr. Dunne and a short story, "Just This Side Of Heaven Is A Place Called Rainbow Bridge," written by Anonymous. Oh! We called this place THREE times to enroll our puppy in classes. The first time, a man answered and…read moresaid he wasn't in the office and that he'd call me back in 10 minutes...he never called back. The second time, a woman answered and told me she'd call me later that day...she never called. The third time we spoke to a new woman (on speakerphone) who told us the day, date & time of the class and she confirmed our enrollment. We showed up (15 minutes early per their request) and there was one older employee doing agility with her senior dog, she largely ignored us. Then another woman, also an employee, came in asking us what we were doing there. We said we were there for puppy class and wondered where the instructor (and other people/puppies) were. She said that the instructor's Poodle was having surgery that week so there's no way she would have been starting a new class that day. Ridiculous since both my husband and I clearly heard the date & time AND immediately we both set reminders on our phone. We really wanted to take our puppy here since they have a pretty nice looking agility course and their classes included an intro to it, but they're so disorganized. It is clear that the owner(s) and instructors don't communicate too often or too well. I have five friends who recently got puppies and asked me if this place was good and I told them to steer clear from it.

Consulted LaGroom prior to making an appointment for wash and cut for our pet that fears grooming…read moretime. Louise, asked about previous experiences and behavior as she should whilst proclaiming repeatedly of 40+ years of service...fine. Appointment day, Louise didn't say hello or introduce herself but instead insulted our pet in front of my child? Maintaining some composure, Louise continued to question and condescend and laughing at our expense? Should of terminated this meeting but proceeded anyway. Upon leaving, asked a fellow employee about Louise's reputation...stated ok, left. Called almost three hours in to check on a pet that can be traumatized to the process if exposed too long like any owners should. Louise was insulted and questioned why she was being checked on as well as another round of berating on the phone. Louise, obviously flabbergasted that anyone would question her stated " we have a lot to talk about," "you know what, instead come get your pet I don't want to service this animal." Also stated " the more you mommie your pet at home the harder it is for me..." along with "it's just a dog..." and finally my favorite" if I had it my way I would kick your pet to the curb!!" Now infuriated, immediately went to pickup pet and review the "we have a lot to talk about scenario" Result... Louise pretending to talk on phone, threw leash at us on floor and closed office door. No review of any issues, no rebuttal of her tough bs talk on the phone, just a coward hiding. This individual is not a professional and should not have interaction with people much less animals!!! I would never recommend this incompetent to anyone anywhere!!!! If this one review saves one family and another pet exposure to this scum...it has done its job!!!!!
