Especially the hand massage at the end, wow what a little bonus that was. Wouldn't say it's the absolute bet manicure I've had in my life (I always notice the smallest little things haha) but Tyler certainly did a good job. Looked clean but the tools weren't coming out of a sterile bag or new area, concerned tools were not sterilized in between. For these reasons I canceled the pedi I had schedule for the next day. Can only do this by phone and the salon has no voicemail set up. Person I spoke with later didn't seem to understand what I was saying despite several tries. This was confirmed when I received a text reminder of my appt an hour later and phone calls at the time of my appt. Will not return.

There was one time they told me to come in when I made an appointment and they kind of forgot about me taking a few people ahead of me in line until I asked about it. They finally put me in and I was helped. It wasn't the biggest deal, but it definitely added another 30 minutes. I feel like the technicians take a little bit longer than other places. If you don't have someone that you know really well there that can get the work done efficiently. I was fine with it taking a little bit longer since I really didn't know who to ask for every time I booked. I turned off the last time though because I tried to charge my service with a credit card. I had cash ready for the tip. They did not let me charge my service and made me take cash out of their cash machine instead. They told me that their credit card machine was broken, which seemed doubtful. There was no sign by the credit card machine that said it was broken, and I was the last customer of the evening since it took so long. So I had to go to the cash machine and pay an extra fee to take out cash in order to pay them. I was ready to tip with cash but now I had pay an extra fee in order to pay for the service (ATM fee). I did it without complaining, but I just decided that that was enough for me. I'm onto a new nail salon.

They were super accommodating for my large bridal party (bride, 7 girls, and 1 mom) to have their hair done. They opened especially for us to get our hair done and brought in extra staff to help out! The girls had us all done in 2 hours! They helped order me the lip gloss I was using so that I could reapply as needed during the day. They offered the great option of paying all in full for a discount and include tip right away so that no one has to worry about bringing money along the day of. I was super happy with my hair and makeup that lasted all day long!
