The acoustics of this location make it very hard to hear the teachers and I feel that they have to over extend their voices in order to provide a great class for us. Perhaps in the meantime, a headset with a microphone would be very helpful! I also find that the classes at this location are easier overall in comparison to the location in Hancock Village. I am hopeful that they will begin making the classes a little tougher now that they have been open for a while. I love Club Pilates and look forward to continuing to push myself and live a healthier lifestyle while they continue to grow and expand! Who knows? Maybe I'll become a teacher one day!

The coaches here truly want to see you succeed and celebrate your milestones, such as hitting 50 classes and upping your spring load. Each coach has their own style but the workouts are consistent. I'm not going to lie, the workouts are tough! I was dying Mr first class and I still feel that way from time to time. But you'll see results - strength and toned is what will happen to you if you continue to work at it and stick with it. I think you can find classes on class pass, but I book through the app since you can see your stats, plus a membership makes it more affordable.

They listened to my wrist injury (doctor's orders: no exercises on my hands), made thoughtful modifications, and ensured I still got a great workout. Unfortunately, my last class on July 22 with Erik Payne was a very different experience. From the start, his tone felt curt and dismissive when I explained my injury. He adjusted my setup in a way that made my modifications harder, and when I tried to get his attention, his responses felt snappy rather than supportive. Even after reminding him multiple times about my limitation, he continued to suggest exercises I couldn't do, and when I chose safe alternatives, he questioned me sharply in front of others. I became so uncomfortable that I left the class early and decided not to return for the remainder of my pass. It's disappointing because the other coaches were fantastic and truly made me feel welcomed and cared for. I hope this feedback helps ensure all clients -- especially those with injuries -- receive the same level of understanding and support.

But the location/studio and structure of the 50-min. classes is great!
