Plus it's in a shopping plaza with a ton of free parking. I was able to get in my regular Saturday workout, with the same level of great coaching I am used to. I love that you can get a workout in and get on with your day in only 45 minutes. Monday, Wednesday, Friday are cardio, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday are strength, and Saturday is a 1 hour hybrid workout. There's so much diversity in the workouts you never get bored. The trainers push me to my limits every class, it's great. F45 Dumbarton has truly become something I look forward to every day. If you're not sure, give it a try. I guarantee you'll love it.

I came in with a history of awful knee injuries, multiple surgeries followed by iffy recoveries, and little to no faith in the muscles in my lower body. In less than 12 months I've gone from constantly worrying about those shaky knees to feeling real confidence in my movements. Doubling my PRs has just been an added perk... Ashlee has been awesome in creating tailored programs for me and what I need. Just as important, she fosters a welcoming and encouraging environment in the group training sessions that make them more enjoyable than they have any business being. You come in, do 9 rounds of 3 minute each and have a 3 minute break in between. The trainer teaches you each round and will be there for anything you need during your workout. 30 min and you get a great full body workout with muscle work as well as cardio. You get a heart monitor you can wear and shows on the tv to help you see how you are doing along the way. Jess is the owner and she's awesome and super helpful. The other trainers are fantastic as well, good people all around. It's the best workout and nothing like it in town. I use to go to another kickboxing place and this is really great for letting out any frustrations and feeling good after. You get a free first time class so worth the try!

Come to find out, members have to have a parking sticker on their car or else they'll be towed. They don't communicate this effectively AT ALL other than a piece of paper at the front desk that has small text stating you may be towed if you don't have a parking sticker (in a long paragraph) and they expect people to come in and immediately read it and ask for a sticker? I'm not from the area and because of them not being more communicative about it, I have to pay $195. The female manager who I spoke to after gave a terrible attitude and said it's not her responsibility that I didn't pay attention to the sheet and that's the best they can do to communicate it. BS! You should know out of state members would have no clue and when we first arrived and said it was our first time there, you should immediately mention the parking sticker! Just terrible management here and communication. The gym also is not very appealing when inside and has a weird layout. Definitely not coming back to this location smh

I'm very to myself, so I can't give many contexts on much regarding the social aspect of it. Some…read moreof the instructors are very kind and welcoming (others need a little work, to be honest), even if they kick your butt on the mat with the high-intensity boxing workouts. The trial period was great, and I really wanted to become a member. The only thing that kept me from joining was .... gas. I live around 30 minutes away from the location and as you already know... making excess drives is not feasible right now. I really like that a person can log themselves to a bag using the Wrap app, keeping a log of their progress per session. It also makes it a lot easier to sign up for a class as well. They are in a very quaint location, but there is limited roadside parking, and you can't park on one side of the building due to it belonging to one of the businesses on the strip. You can park in the location closest to the restaurant that has outdoor seating. Very happy with the upkeep of the restrooms. I'm always going to give a heads up about a bathroom if I go to it, lol. Overall, I would say that you easily burn a minimum of 200 calories, and it is great accountability to stay active.
