Firstly, I've never been somewhere that does not have the medication on hand and this location does not. They have to order it from a pharmacy which started my crappy journey. They ordered the prescription Dec 8 and told Me they would call me when it came in. Understanding enough, they said holidays might delay it some and I was patient. After waiting almost 3 weeks I call them about it and they told me it "got shipped to them but sent back" and they were sorry and I had to wait for it again. It was the week of Christmas so of course it wouldn't be there. They promised it would be there the Monday after so I drove my 1.5 hours there and guess what, they didn't have it. At this point I've been waiting a month for the prescription. 1) what kind of wellness company let alone PHYSICIAN orders from A pharmacy and doesn't even track their own prescriptions? They ordered it then never even saw it got sent back/ wrong location, whatever the excuse (they gave me different reasons each time). I literally had to call them after all this time then they say "oh sorry wel get it now for you" and couldn't after almost a month of screwing around. They told me they "have so much" and can't keep up with it but honestly it's just bad business and laziness. 2) even after all this they wouldn't call me the day I was coming in to get it, just to say they still don't have it. Long story short don't waste your time with them (literally), they are just winging it with this business. I went to a different weight loss company down the road and on the same day i have product in my hand. Garbage this place is.

As soon as I arrived, Daisy made me feel comfortable, she's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I enjoyed getting the Sugar Waxing, still not sure what I like more but they are very similar. They verified Insurance while I was on the phone--VERY proficient and we scheduled the appt. Met with Laura, Medical Assistant, and she was VERY kind and accommodating to assist my 92-year-old mother to the exam room and helped her to change. Normally, we ONLY meet with the Doctor, but this was an urgent appt and had to meet with the PA, Ethan--and he was BRILLIANT!!! Conducted a thorough exam and evaluation of the area, identified the issue, spent the time needed to learn the history of the issue, discussed preventative measures, explained the prescriptions, each medication and exactly when, where and how to utilize! Provided additional information in the event things did NOT improve and scheduled a follow-up. We are VERY PLEASED and believe me, I am NOT easy to please when it comes to my mother's medical care--I will ONLY accept the BEST Practitioners as should everyone. I've gotten my lashes done at other places before and never had any issues I know the proper care and the precautions I need to take in order for my lashes to last. However this was a last minute appointment because I had a flight to catch later that night. I wanted to get a hybrid set for my vacation and I knew the appointment would be around 2 hours. When my set was finished I noticed the time and it took almost 3 hours for a set that didn't look hybrid at all. It looked more like a classic set. I didn't have time to sit there more hours and have her fix it so I paid and left. Hours later I got to my vacation destination and combed out my lashes only to see they were flaky and falling out in chunks. I was beyond livid when I noticed my lashes falling off when it hadn't even been 24 hours since getting them done. I messaged Liz and heard no response yet and I requested my money back. This is so unacceptable and I'm very disappointed with the service considering the high class salon this is. This ruined my vacation and I will not be returning. I hope I hear back from Liz soon and get my refund.

My left eyelid got very swollen and red so I called Liz/Owner to let her know what I was experiencing. She told me to just brush them and was basically blowing me off. I called my original lash tech and she indicated that the lashes that Liz put on me were bunches up too much and plugged up my lash follicles. Worst experience I've ever had and Liz was very unprofessional! I would not recommend this business to anyone. I feel Liz is very young and has a long journey ahead of her.
