Unfortunately, those promises never translated into satisfactory results. Despite spending a significant amount of money and attending multiple appointments, I did not receive the outcome that was discussed. Each time I expressed concerns, I felt like I was given more reassurance and promises rather than meaningful solutions. Instead of feeling heard, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. What bothered me most was that I felt I was repeatedly given false promises about what would be done and what results I could expect. Looking back, I no longer feel those assurances were honest or realistic. When I raised concerns, instead of being met with understanding, I felt I was treated rudely and made to feel as though my face was the problem rather than the treatment I had received. Instead of taking accountability or genuinely trying to address my concerns, I felt blamed for an outcome I had trusted them to help me achieve. The final results were nowhere near what I was led to expect, and the entire experience left me feeling misled, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. Cosmetic procedures require trust, honesty, and accountability, and I did not experience those qualities here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. If you're considering treatment, I encourage you to do extensive research, ask detailed questions, seek multiple opinions, and choose a provider who communicates honestly, treats patients with respect, and stands behind their work.

I just recently set up an appointment for the same laser treatment and VERIFIED it would be the same price as previous treatments I had done. I get to the appointment and I'm told the new price is literally double because of a new machine. I took off work to come here because they don't have weekend hours available, no one from the office had the courtesy to call me prior to tell me of this change. The lady was polite in explaining the situation, but I declined services. Will not be back. In my opinion, they could have offered an exception for this visit since this wasn't my mistake it was theirs.
