During our initial conversation, it became clear he had not reviewed the intake form I had thoughtfully completed ahead of time, and I did not feel heard when trying to explain what was going on with my body. Went in for an hour massage. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm. He literally got out knots that no one else had been able to and without hurting me.
