Long story short when she arrived at the studio with two of her helpers I told her I didn't think 175 was enough for a job and I was gonna pay 200 as that seemed fairer. When they were done about an hour and a half later she asked me to come check it. I went by and everything seemed fine however I failed to check carefully. . Only after they left and I was gonna go take some pictures for a listing did I realize they hadn't touched the refrigerator. It was full of food from the previous tenant and food in the freezer as well. There was a cabinet in the bathroom that they didn't even open because it had dirty towels in and some stuff on the shelves. It's just really strange. Anyway, I ended up cleaning out the refrigerator and freezer myself. I then ran a vacuum over the rugs and ended up with a complete container of dog hair and dirt so they definitely need a better vacuum. I really wanted to like them and give them a good review. However, I don't think they will improve on their shortcomings unless they are made aware. The last thing is the communication is a major issue.

We are back on the regular schedule now, but requested a full premium cleaning which includes a lot of the detail cleaning I haven't focused on (baseboards, dusting, windows, etc.). The crew of four worked very efficiently and were thorough in all the spots. My husband and I are still working from home, so we moved around when they had to come into our office spaces, no problem. Very communicative and flexible. Masks and booties were worn as well. FYI if you are a regular customer, they leave a basket of towels and certain cleaning tools (brushes, sponges) at your place which is great.
