I still have credits and have reached out to them and they have never responded. The last time I was there, the staff asked if I would be interested in using an overseas product that was just as good if not better than Botox and I said no, I want the Botox. I was a loyal client of Pure Indulgence Aesthetics since May 2024 and was repeatedly encouraged to join their prepaid "Botox Club" membership program. I trusted this business enough to continue payment into the Botox club (pre-payment for botox credits) the past few years, with my most recent payment made in late 2025. Now the business has ceased operations while still holding my unused prepaid balance, and customers have been left without answers, refunds, or communication. On top of that, the recent FDA warning regarding concerns over botulinum toxin sourcing, inventory discrepancies, and documentation failures makes the entire situation even more concerning. Had I known about these issues, I never would have continued going to them. Extremely disappointing experience and a terrible way to treat long-term clients who trusted this business. BEWARE- Danielle is trying to open her own store. (She was the manager and knew everything that went on there) Don't follow her or any of the staff to any location they are involved in!!!!! She was aware of the scam that was going on. I was there a week before they closed down and she made pre-pay for my lips, and then said "it's not like we're going out of business" (by the way I'm out $900) Then when I asked why they weren't selling Botox anymore, she said it was getting too expensive which was a blatant lie - Botox stop selling to them because they were being investigated. Just like everyone else here, I myself have been scammed by this company and the people working here. They knew what they were doing... a lot of shady business. They never showed their product or how much they injected. They encouraged purchasing their package to cut the price to $8 a unit and said they were using a product better than Botox. I purchased their $800 package to use in March 2026 and now they are out of business. They are starting a new business.. I received a call from Aesthetic haus in Laguna hills and they have all of our information and wanted to book an appointment for me, but I cannot use my banked units or get a refund for my unused credit. Counterfeited Botox I found this center through Groupon and had 50 Botox injections on my forehead, frown lines, and nose paid $340 waited for 2 weeks still could see movements on my face, went for touch up and this time I've got 40 units and waited for another 2 weeks and nothing was changed. I'm only 45 years old not very matured skin and I get every 4-6 months Botox injections around 50 units and it always works best for me. May be the best Botox I've had yet! Approaching 50 and my eyelids have been getting heavy. I asked the injector to do whatever it takes to create more of a lift, and what a difference! Given the circumstances, I requested a refund--something I believe was the least they could do. After leaving a review about my experience, they refunded my money and sent a letter apologizing, asking me to remove my review because they had "done everything they could." Wanting to be fair, I took it down. However, I later realized they never followed up to check on my well-being. It became clear that their primary concern wasn't their clients--it was their public image. I even attempted to escalate my concerns to the owner, only to be told, "Oh, she's flying." That was their response to a serious medical issue caused by their procedure. It was beyond unprofessional. Please, do not go to this place.
