They try to force selling additional product or additional treatments when the customer no longer wants to do business with them. This is what has happened with me. I went in with solid intentions to do honest business, and did not want to go forward with any further laser or BBL treatments after the first one. It's very sickening to the stomach how they are so sad on money and elevating themselves over providing the customer service. Their heart is in this business for the wrong thing and it's purely money. That is my opinion. That is my experience that they will not give me a refund. So much for going in and trying one laser treatment, and then they have to try to upsell me and when it's not a good experience after the first one, they think they own my money before giving me service. Paying nearly $4000 for one treatment is ridiculous I would like to have as much of my money refunded as possible . Instead, after spending over $3,000 on PDO threads for my face and neck, this has turned into a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Months after the procedure, I developed visible drooping on the front right side of my neck, along with a lump and a sensation of a loose thread under the skin. When I came in to have it looked at, the nurse acknowledged this was not normal and said a correction might be done at no charge. However, I was later told by the owner that I would need to pay an additional $600 to fix it--which was extremely disappointing given that this appears to be an issue from the original procedure. To make matters worse, I followed up via email with my concerns and never received a response. Aftercare and communication should be a basic part of any procedure, especially at this price point. I also feel it's important to mention that during the procedure, the nurse penetrated into my mouth with the thread. This was alarming and could have led to infection. I managed it myself with saltwater rinses and thankfully it healed, but that situation could have gone very differently. This experience made it clear how dependent this procedure is on the practitioner's skill and the level of care provided afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
