Absolutely the most wonderful caring compassionate staff ever Everytime i visit which is alot, i have to have gummies to eat after a botched stomach surgery, plus they help tremendously with anxiety, PTSD, Etc. The best medicine is from the second i walk in and am greeted with a smiling welcoming hello kevin how are you today? And they truly care and arent just asking to be polite. They were my first dispensary. And they started me out great. I still use what they taught me to this day. They were the only dispensary to ever take the time to explain to me what each terp mainly dose. I have loved Lapeer pure since day one!!!! I unfortunately had to move, but I am out there once or twice a week visiting family or whatnot and I always try to make it stop at pure Lapeer. Which I'm going to say it with all due respect way better than new Baltimore I'm sorry if it's the same owner. But it is what it is. If you haven't been you should go. You need to go. I have been coming for 6ish is years (since they opened) and have tried tons of other dispos, but NOTHING seems to beat the quality, quantity and overall customer service of this dispensary. Finally decided to stop in. Was politely greeted and welcomed as a 1st time customer. Walked thru the door and Brooke was my consultant. She answered all my questions being I am new to this. She made recommendations and explained why I should or shouldn't use a certain strain based on my overall outcome desired and my current tolerances of certain medications. The employees here are great. Unfortunately, the manager is one of the rudest people I've ever met with her lack of education and the topic of running a business. She's just a mean person doesn't know how to speak to people. Super friendly, I'm in constant pain and have never used THC so I was lost. The employees are so helpful friendly and just plain wonderful. They found me a gummy that stops the pain and puts me to sleep so I don't have that weird head and body feeling. The bud tenders are great however it's hard to do a really good job when you sell so much common citizen ,it tastes like mold and mildew. You have very little variety anymore.
