While I was glad to have lounge access for my flight ... this is not what I would call an elite…read morelounge by ANY means. They have all sorts of worn out seating which hey, at least you will find a chair... but the set up is just very frumpy. They have food, but it wasn't very good. At least you can make yourself a little salad or something. They have a bar which is nice, and various wines. So that's always nice. But by the time I had made it to this lounge I wasn't in the party mood... big long story but JFK is not my favorite airport. We were flying to Frankfurt business class on Condor and so the lounge experience pretty much set the tone for the first flight. Basically we were happy to have it and it's better than the normal, but you aren't going to go bragging They do have a bathroom in the lounge, so there is that.

Overall: 1 star This…read morelounge is really sad because it looks as worn down and neglected as the terminal itself, Terminal 7 at JFK. While the entrance is bright and inviting, the inside is dull and somber; the bathroom does not have proper lighting nor a container for the paper towels so it looks like one of an abandoned warehouse. The food options consisted of a salad, instant miso soup, a protein, a starch, and a cooked greens, which does hit all the food groups but is not one that I would seek to spend my time at the airport prior. The drink option was more inviting though, from fresh fruit juices to a reasonable spirit, wine, and beer selection. The space is really cramped with lots of people, which is strange because some areas are partially blocked off, and the access to this lounge is severely restrictive to block out credit card access. Therefore, this is unfortunately a lounge that is not worth it at all. Food: -1 Drinks: +1 Access: -1 Atmosphere: -1 Service: E Amenities: -1 Insta/Beli/Yelp/TikTok: @amei_eats

This was the closest dining establishment that served alcohol by our gate, so we stopped by. It is pretty small and cramped, but we managed to find two seats along the window facing the planes. It was hard to fit in the area as people tend to put bags on seats, etc. Plus the walkway to the kitchen is right there so you feel like you are in the way. Food wise, I liked my salad. Could have done without the chips as I really just wanted greens, veggies, and protein. For $26, it was obviously on the smaller side, but hey, it's an airport resto. My drink was all right. Kinda weak in the liquor and spice department, but fine for sipping. My friend seemed to enjoy his food and cocktail. I wish there were more options in this area of the airport. But this will do if I want a drink. REVIEW #4023

I ordered the short ribs and the five-onion soup again, and both were excellent. The service was spot-on and impressively quick--my food arrived in under 15 minutes. The owner is also really cool; he personally greets guests and makes a point of chatting with the performers to ensure they're comfortable. This is a wonderfully romantic spot. The beautiful flowers add such a nice touch (as I mentioned in my previous review). While it's not fully upscale, it has an elevated, sophisticated vibe that makes you want to dress up for the occasion. Highly recommended!

The floral displays are fun and are probably the highlight of the visit. The space is clearly designed for photos, and I can see why it would be popular for birthdays, showers, or other special occasions. They seem to go the extra mile when it comes to creating a celebratory atmosphere. Service was excellent from start to finish. The staff at reception and at the table were attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Food-wise, we tried the Kung Pao calamari and wagyu meatballs after seeing other reviewers rave about them, but both felt a little gimmicky to me. Our group mostly stuck with more traditional brunch items, including breakfast burritos and omelettes, and those were fine. Overall, I would not necessarily come here just for the food, but I would recommend it for the atmosphere, service, and special-occasion vibe. It is a great spot if you want a pretty setting, good hospitality, and plenty of photo-friendly areas.
