Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.

The vibes are super comfy in the office, the front desk staff is always really nice (shoutout to Majesta in the Fairless Hills office) and everything is so so clean. They even offer water, razors if you don't get a chance to shave before you come, aloe for after, deodorant, and so many other essentials in the room. If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting laser, do it! It's so so so worth it and the time it's saved me from not having to shave/wax all the time is life changing. Also if you get Brazilian waxes, get the laser! It hurts less, lasts basically forever, and you'll be paying basically the same amount. The dermatologist will help screen me for skin cancer, but for the rest of my damaged skin, I rely on the IPL. It's a laser that targets sun damage, temporarily darkening it, and over the next week the sun spots and freckles will fall out. I give the IPL credit for my ability to finally feel confident without caking on 1-3 layers of foundation, and I give esthetician Laurie credit for delivering these results. I came to Bella Body because I followed Laurie. Bella Body is a beautiful office, run by friendly staff that offered me beverages while I waited (and even was able to move up my appointment because I'd arrived early). This was my first time getting an IPL on my chest, but I'm excited knowing that my results should turn out as great as they did for my face. The prices are a little bit high, I'll admit. But I am very big about results. I'd rather pay a little more when I know I'm going to get the results I want, as opposed to paying less and seeing little results. I can't speak for their other services, but for the IPL I plan to return at least yearly, as long as Laurie is here. I will try to remember to post before/after pictures of my results to show what a difference one IPL can make.

I went in for lip fillers, 1ml of Restylane. It was my first time and I was very nervous. The…read morewaiting room is very clean and well decorated. Feels like a living room but still had the feeling of sterility that you want at a doctor's office. Within 10 minutes of arriving they led me to the "numbing room" which is a little nook where they put numbing cream on you and leave you to let it sit. Except... they left me in there for over half an hour. No one came by to explain the wait. I thought they forgot about me! Once I finally got to see Marla, she was very direct and explained things beautifully. She explained the risks and what to expect over the next few days along with what to do and what not to do. She took before and after pictures to compare. Her process is very good, though she does come off a little rude. But hey, I'm not there to make friends I'm there to get work done. After the appointment I was given an aftercare instruction sheet that reiterated what I was previously told by Marla. Very helpful. However, I'm not thrilled with the job she did filling my lips. It's not a botched job, it was only 1ml and was fairly evenly placed. If you look at the girls in the office, (including Marla as she fills her own lips) you'll get an idea of how your filler will look. I think she gave me a little too much of a "beak" that is more obvious when I tilt my head down. Also, she told me not to massage any bumps I feel as those are bruising, and to not listen to people on the internet saying its filler, that I could ruin her work if I did massage it. Guys. Listen. IT IS FILLER. If you dont massage out the bumps in the first few days you will have them for MONTHS. (leave it alone the first 2 days as you'll be pretty swollen and won't know what's what) The bumps that come from bruising feel different. You'll know the difference around day 3 to 7. So now the filler is fading (quicker than it should be but that's not necessarily her fault) and yet I still have the bumps. The bumps are not visible to others, but I can feel them with my tongue. Over all she did alright. It's a nice place and I may come back for other services, but not lip fillers.
