I mean, this morning I went to the 1030 yoga nidra class and had my mind blown by the instructor- inspiring and intelligent like I've never experienced. And then I dipped my toe into kundalini yoga. Michelle's energy is also so wonderful and contagious, she greets you and your little with a big welcoming smile, immediately wiping away the remnants of a stressful day or adding to a great one! During the workout kids are allowed to run around the studio that's completely kid proofed and also play with toys she sets out! She's encouraging of your form during the workout which makes me feel like I am on track to building any sort of tone and muscle in this soft, newish mom bod of mine.
