Thank god I have insurance. My brand new kitchen table scratched and gouged. My children's beds screws were put in too tightly and the frames are cracked in addition to the scratches on everything. My aunts Hope cheat (who just died) smashed and broken. To top all of this off, they didn't say a word to me about the bedroom set, the chest they said it was rotted (it is absolutely not). They left large items at the first house, showed up late, weren't finished until almost 6 after saying this would be a 6 hour job (took them 8.5 and they didn't even get everything). They complained the whole time. The woman sat her sweaty body in my son's nursery recliner and upon approaching her laughed, said I caught her sleeping, and didn't move. Completely unprofessional, rude, liars, and nasty. Spoke ill of people we mutually knew and told me about all of the open court cases she had going on after they had already moved my things. After addressing the items left behind through messages, she was rotten and nasty about how tired they were among other things. After the back and forth I stopped responding to her because I no longer felt comfortable being around her for fear she would attack me or do something else. If I could leave negative stars I would. If I could do it all again I would have NEVER went with this company and don't better due diligence. And instead of apologizing and owning up to what they did, they argued with me and said my items were already broken and damaged. I said I would pay the remaining balance after the items were fixed and she said that wasn't happening and squared me up. I'm not here to argue with a grown woman with my children in my home and make them afraid or have myself or them get hurt. I just want to share my experience so others are aware especially people who they think they can take advantage of, like single moms.

After a truck trouble delay (not their fault) the 4 guys got right to work with Nate directing the furniture/box Tetris. They respected my belongings (wrapping delicate pieces and watching tight spots) and didn't complain about the stairs or heavy-ass Peloton bike. Loading up always takes longer but the team powered through and emptied the truck quickly at our destination. They even took a moment to celebrate my awesome new basement. When we moved out of our temporary residence in August, we checked with them to move us to our newly built townhouse. Unfortunately we checked in to reserve a time that turned out to be a bit too late to move us as they were already booked. When you find the right mover, or contractor etc ....plan ahead as far as you can so you don't have to use a less qualified company. A lesson that's hard to learn at any time in life.

They also made a couple marks on the wall as well. I hire 2 Men and a Truck based on referrals from everyone I talked to that they were the best with…read morethe best price. This was the absolute worst experience in my life (dare I say). I arranged my appointment and was quoted 2 trucks, 3 men and 7 hours for at $2000. I advised the woman I scheduled with that there was not enough furniture to take up 2 trucks or take 7 hours. She said she was overestimating to make sure there was enough time & the price would be adjusted according to my needs. 1 of the 3 men worked, by himself. I had to loan them tools & tell them how to move stuff so they wouldn't damage my house or my belongings. After many attempts trying to move stuff their way they would so it my way but I had to grab blankets because they were going to damage everything in their wake. Oh and did they!! Paint was pulled up from corners. baseboards pulled out of the wall & the pieces hidden under my blanket. Hardwood floors & vintage doors scratched. Little did I know at that time that the damage to my house (going on the market) was going to be the highlight of that day. Everything went into the storage unit backwards and every inch was filled. For example, my glass top deck table was on top of my furniture and my clothes were in the back of the unit. When I called to discuss this I was sent a new crew (2) great men that stood there with their hands on their heads trying to make sense of the mess in the storage unit b/c it was so bad they didn't know where to start. They were coming out to make good on the $2k I just overpaid for bad service. My TV's were on the floor with no packing/cushion and heavy items were on top of them including the table. The glass shelving for my china cabinet all smashed!. I don't even know if the TV's work since there were no power cords and the unit doesn't have outlets. Almost every thing I own is broken, dented, damaged and I will not know the true extent of it until I find a new place to live and can move my stuff out. I have (had) family heirlooms and many other beautiful pieces that my now deceased parents bought me. Irreplaceable and I couldn't afford to replace these items since I. This including the oak, marble furniture, and the washer and dryer that I was told was scratched & dented. I couldn't climb over things to see it for myself. I had these items delivered and set up by the company and I am a very tidy person. How do I even prove what my furniture looked like prior to 2 Men & a Truck coming in & damaging 1 more thing in my life. This happened on September 17th and it has taken me this long to admit out loud what happened. Very stressful changes happened to my life and this honestly was/still is 1 of the worst things I have had to deal with. I saw my family in this furniture. I could never financially replace it and I am SICK and angry so much so, that I didn't want to admit how much this hurts me emotionally.
