Vast... The space is huge including a cool patio setup just outside the rollaway warehouse doors. It's a real working brewery but you can tell they try hard to make it look great. Kind, welcoming and knowledgable service, plus some really great beers. I heard there are food trucks when busy otherwise no kitchen.

Pure Project is one of my favorite breweries in all of San Diego county. Whenever I'm in the mood for a brewski, this is my #1 choice. Their dark beers are always on point. I've never had a stout I didn't like. One of my personal favorites is milagro on nitro. There's plenty of seating- inside and out. They're prepared for cold winter nights with heaters. Want to sit inside? Plenty of seats by the bar, regular tables for 4, even a few couches....you'll find what works for you. Now, this brewery has set the standard for dogs friendly! Yes, breweries are dog friendly, but just because they let dogs in doesn't really mean they're dog friendly. I've started calling them dog tolerant. Pure is 100% dog friendly. Need a dog water bowl? No problem. Treats? Sure- there's a big dog treat container at the counter (and I think another location too). 5 stars for Pure! See you in 2026!

Decided to check out this brewery after tasting one of their beers at a local restaurant, and it was definitely worth the trip. It's a quaint place located in a business park. Parking was easy which was great, especially on a Saturday afternoon. Outside the brewery by the entrance, there's outdoor seating (benches & umbrellas) and a food vendor. We walked in and sat at the bar. There were lots of seating areas in the brewery as well. One of the bartenders, Jake, was absolutely awesome! He gave us some tips on what to order and he was patient and very helpful in answering our questions. It was a great menu with many types of drinks to choose from. We ordered a flight which was a great deal, (5) 5oz beers for the price of 4. We picked the Cherry Limeade (hard seltzer), the Tropical Mist, Brass Bell, Mango Bramble (hard smoothie), and the Uncovered Roots. After our flight, we ended with our "dessert", the Spiced Apple Slush and the Corylus. There wasn't a drink we didn't like. Each drink we tried was either crisp, refreshing or smooth, all with great flavor. Not normally a beer drinker myself, these beers and hard seltzers/ciders were off the hook! So much so, we bought some to take home and for gifting. Overall, it was a great experience. The employees were friendly, personable and helpful. Even some of the patrons that we met there were equally friendly. This place has a great vibe and we'll definitely be back!

Always great to visit Pure Project and the Vista location provides the added convenience of great food trucks. This is a good spot to meet with friends, enjoy some good vibes, good service, and great tasting brews. This has been my go to place for some good Stout options. We're sure to be back soon.

I really enjoy coming to this hidden location in an industrial section of Vista. On my last visit, I met about 10 friends after attending an outdoor concert. It was perfect. They have long picnic tables set up so we all could fit and sit together. They have quite a few different seating areas both inside and outside to accommodate whatever you may need. When we arrived, the sun was setting, and the sky was really pretty all around us . We tried seltzers, we tried stouts, hazy's and a few other things. They are very generous, informed and patient as they let you taste the various options before making your choice. I like to do their tasting board when I come, because I always discover something new. Everyone who I have brought here is always pleasantly surprised by the location and happy with the selection.

Love coming here. The beers are simply just delicious and well made. It's our favorite brewery. They have something for everybody. I love that they have a hard seltzer option, their smoothie series and their murkshakes. Big brewery with plenty of seating and outdoor seating with a food truck!

I'm not a beer drinker, but they have some fruity tasting beers! This place has A LOT of seating area! Both inside and outside. I'm not sure if the Woodfield pizza is there all the time, but there was woodfire pizza available for purchase. About 20$/pizza.. They also had snacks inside for purchase. Pet friendly. And the service was fast and friendly.

Definitely one of my favorite breweries to visit in North County and also one of my favorite breweries to drink at! I've came here a few times on a weekday afternoon (like 3 pm) and it's not so crowded here. Parking could get pretty packed but I come when it's not as busy so it's not so bad. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming as well. They allow me to have small samples to see how some drinks taste like and it makes me decide if I want to get that drink or if I want to drink something else. All their drinks have been so good and definitely not disappointing. The best drink so far has been their anniversary beer, which is called One of Us. Definitely grab it while you still can before it's gone! I'm really happy they're located in Vista, which is close to me, so I can visit here much more often!

Pure Project is by far my favorite brewery to go to, this location specifically. The staff is always so engaging the moment you walk in. I appreciate the fresh ingredients, hops used in the beer. You can tell they take great pride in what they do. Love their selection of sour and slushy beers that's my go to here. They have amazing IPAS (Pure West) which is my husband's favorite. So it seems the secret is finally out. Yelp has ranked Pure Project - Vista as the best brewery in all of CA. It only took a couple of years for that ranking to reflect what I already knew. & those couple years are precisely how long overdue my review for this place is. I've been a huge fan of Pure Project since back when their only location was in Miramar. Back when I lived 500 miles away in the Bay Area. Pure Project's beers are that good. So, of course, I knew about their expansion to Vista well before they opened. I've been a regular here since before day 1. Fact is, considering strictly their beers alone, Pure Project is 1 of my 2 absolute favorite breweries in all of SD County. This brewery & taproom in Vista is my single favorite spot to enjoy a beer in the entire county. Having been to around 200+ breweries all across CA, Pure Project - Vista is in my personal top 5 for the entire state. Decorated in a tropical rain forest theme, with industrial brewery as a backdrop, there are multiple inviting indoor & outdoor areas to relax with a beer. Service has always been top-notch. The folks here are both very personable & highly professional. There's also often a food pop-up right out front. It's the outstanding beers. The broad range of beer styles Pure Project offers, all of which are made to high quality standards. It's the people. Welcoming & really know their stuff. It's the space. A mix of large open & airy with nooks & crannies, there's just the right spot to fit any mood. Taken altogether, Yelp & I agree. Pure Project - Vista is the best. read more

Had myself a rad-dad night at Vista Pure Project and honestly? 10/10 would crack a cold one with this crew again. Brian, Tiffany, Cole, and Jake were great . Pure project is very hidden in business park, and as soon as you walk in, there are plants and greenery galore. It is so cute and hipster inside. I was surprised by the amount of children that were coming in to play all of the games they had available! They have a fairly large selection of beers, and they rotate. I do wish they had more lighter beers, but I was still very satisfied with the ones that I did get in my flight. Also make sure that you are not hunger because they do not have any food selections. This place is perfect when you just want a beer! read more

What a surprise! Came here with a friend and was very happy with this choice! When I drove up into the parking area I thought - I must be in the wrong place. I am in a parking lot with business buildings BUT don't give up there is a roll-up door that welcomes you into a very cute brewery. They have outdoor seating along with plenty of indoor seating. The vibe is amazing! They have great music playing and you can easily have a conversation without having to yell over the music. They have plenty of beer options even sours! They have a fridge with bottled beer that you can also purchase. I did not get the opportunity to partake in their food - BUT they had a fun menu of different pizza options that they make fresh outside. To top it off the interior is amazingly designed with plants hanging from the ceilings which I love AND they have heating lamps inside to make sure you truly enjoy your evening out 10/10 highly recommend and will be coming back. read more

There is two dining rooms one towards the front near the bar area, and another in the back. We sent in the front for brunch. The dish had pork belly instead of bacon, and shrimp. THe texture of the grits was very good, not too runny or too thick. The shrimp seemed good quality and not chewy or rubbery. I really enjoyed the dish and would order it again. The chilaquiles were an interesting take, not at all what you're normal chilaquiles would be. They come with lamb but we substituted with chicken. They were covered with a type of hollandaise sauce and we both thought they were good. I also ordered a breakfast shot that had bourbon in it, and a piece of pork belly on the top, and a shot of orange juice. It was pretty strong and very good. I would definitely order this one again, and the piece of pork belly they added on top was perfect. My PREGNANT girlfriend ordered a mocktail that was too tart and only drank a couple sips. But not the end of the world. I got the Mexican lager which was fine. Food time! We shared the loaded fries and the smash burger. Everything tasted great until about 10:30-11 pm that night. We both became very ill and had a VERY LONG night. Pretty bummed all things considered.

They were organized, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of so we could simply enjoy the evening. I recently visited Pure Brewing in Vista, California and was blown away by the fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious beer selection. The taproom was spacious and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax with friends or enjoy a solo drink.
