Service Mason arrived and looked at our sliding doors, providing a thorough estimate for the repair. He explained that he could fix the doors immediately, and I agreed to proceed. Although the manufacturer had a long lead time, the windows came in exactly when we were told. Steve and Ray arrived exactly when they said they would and did a great job with the removal and installation of the new PGT windows. Did a good job sealing both the exterior and interior. Left the house clean with no debris or trash left behind. Explained the windows and the warranty on the windows. The price was very good compared to other companies with the slick sales people.
