We got a quote for a plain under sink unit and a whole house system, and she thoroughly explained all the different options you could get. My extended family buys alkaline water, so we decided to be bougie and get that on the counter spigot, however at Sara's suggestion we did plain RO to the fridge and ice maker. David was the technician that came out. He was extremely personable and you can tell he believes in their product. He did a great job drilling into our countertop and provided some guidance in machine placement for easy filter changes. They sell an American made product, and it has great reviews.
