I used to be very loyal to Pure Virgin hair. I used this hair for two years and I also had great quality hair. However after my last visit I will not be returning. I purchased this hair on 3/20/2018, and this week 4/16/2018 I will be removing the hair that I purchased for $246.10. Upon purchase I noticed that the bundles were significantly thinner than normal, and 3 bundles were not enough to cover my head. This hair was great for a few days, then it started tangling and I have split ends as if I have had this hair for over a year. My boyfriend even asked what was going on with my hair, he said it looked horrible and cheap! When I spoke to the owner, he questioned me as if I am not sure if I add products to my hair. NO I DON"T. He tried to give me suggestions for products to put in the hair. There should be no need to add products to new weave! Pure Virgin Hair USED to be a good place to buy good quality hair, but I recommend everyone to stay away. Everyone works hard for their money. read more

I wish that there was a location here in Los Angeles so I will just settle with ordering online. I have been a customer of Pure since maybe 3 years now. When I lived in Atlanta. I've had my same hair since 2015 and used it on many sew-ins. As of last year, I made some of the bundles I have into clip ins but this weekend, I plan to order some more for a full sewin. This hair does not shed nor does it tangle. I use Carol's Daughter black vanilla shampoo and conditioner. The people who work there are nice. I wanted to discuss the unprofessional experience I had at Pure Virgin Hair today,for starters the Chamblee location is no longer open however it is still being advertised. Unprofessionalism number one, when an established is closed the first thing you should do is put that information on the advertisement, I drove to that location yesterday only to see everything gone. I preceded to call since they didn't have anything on the door about their other location. When I called the recording states Chamblee location closed, however they have a Hapeville location I immediately call that location only to be told they didn't have any wavy hair, however they would be getting a shipment in, however they didn't know what it would be. I call today they informed to me they do have wavy hair ok cool. I get there waiting my turn in line only to hear, oh we only take cash now... unprofessionalism number two, so since you state on the website accept on cards, you would think that is what they mean. Myself like the other women were surprised since we were going to use cards.There is a very large price board letting you know the cost for the all the hair individually and the bundle deals. Which were all looking at to figure out how Much cash we would need , as the unprofessional woman behind the counter stated there is an ATM down the street but not really walking distance. As I was leaving one of woman going to cash called me stating how she had a bad experience with last bundle of hair and they was only going to give her half off for her next purchase.She had pictures to prove it. She stated that experience and after all of this she won't be back. As I walked to my car I was thinking about everything I had experienced and maybe I should go somewhere else. But I said no I'm gonna let all this go and get the hair. I get back ready to make my purchase the unprofessional woman starts giving me the total, which was higher than I collected which I stated., she replies on yes "we went up $10.00 more, but it says prices subject to change ". Unprofessionalism number three. Ok not once did anyone mention on the phone our prices have changed, not once when everyone in line was looking at the prices did the woman say yes the ATM is down the street and by the way make sure you get enough cash because those prices are $10.00 higher!! Subject to change doesn't mean 10 mins after you return to the store. I said to her why wouldn't you have said that, why have a sign of prices at all!! She looked at me, and the owner or manger that was there with bald head not saying nothing. She said do you want this . I said no I'm good! Last strake for me. It's been about 2wks since my install and I FREAKING LOVE THIS HAIR! I got the natural body wave and I've worn it with beautiful bouncy body curls to bone straight to a wet wavy look after a braid out! It's so versatile and easy to work with. Pure Virgin hair was recommended to me. I purchased 3 bundles of supposedly Brazilian Loose Wave. The hair looked and smelled good and the price was awesome BUT as it turned out the hair is horrible.
