No problem with 3. but 2. not so good: I was supposed to pay an extra $75 for "Green to Clean" treatment to deal with algae. The algae remained so the problem was now my pool pump and sand filter, fixable for only $2000. No thanks. But the real problem was 1. The whole experience was only a month and a half long. First month, OK, pool guy here on Thursday in the afternoon. Second month, time changes. OK, I will work with that. Final week: Appointment on Thursday, no show on Thursday. Appointment on Friday. No show on Friday. Appointment on Saturday. No show on Saturday, Text to ask if Sunday was OK, Yes, but what time? Three texts and phone calls later, no time ever suggested. At 5:48 PM Sunday, text, "I'm here to clean your pool". Yeah, well, the dogs were in the yard and I was having dinner with a friend. NOT OK. I called and texted repeatedly Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Finally I got a text on Thursday that they would be there that afternoon. Nope. Then Dave, the pool guy, called and started shouting at me accusing me of making things hard for them (!). I told him the service was no longer required and told him to have a bill sent to me, thanked him and hung up. HE CALLED ME BACK, STILL HOLLERING AT ME! Then I get a text copy of the bill and demands for immediate payment. I thought I was hiring a pool service company, not a theatrical one. Avoid!

Update: minutes after leaving this review Mike came by to bully and threaten to cancel the contract…read morewith the owner, stating that I don't have a right to leave a review since I'm not the customer...I told him that I am the one who sees the pool week after week because I take care of the house and I am the witness to their bad business practices. He didn't come by to deal with the pool after months of neglect because he left and the hot tub still has mildew. Awful people!! They lie, they don't service your pool and they don't care about causing damage to your pool motor. Blue knight pools merged either then and since then our pool has looked like complete garbage. Yesterday I went out to see my PSI fluctuating between 30-50 PSI so I shut off the system because I don't want to burn the motor out. When Jessie the pool guy showed I I told him that I think the filters are dirty and he said that's not his job. So I asked what is your job and he said to vacuum, scrubbing bottom, and skimming the pool and he refused to clean the filters. Instead he suggested we cancel our contract because he's tired of being yelled at about bad service techs and having to fix their issues. Nobody yelled at him. So I let him be and would again try to call the office (they haven't responded to calls in weeks). Well Jessie found out he can't do his job of vacuuming the pool without suction because the filters were too clogged. Guess who had to do a job that isn't his? Jessie. So now we have clean filters...but why fight with a company you pay good money to for a service? We will be parting ways. Unacceptable. Also, no need to respond with the run around Mike.
