I saw many good reviews about Legend Air, so I called. They were pleasant on the phone, understood the issue, said they could be here TODAY, between 12-2pm. Ron arrived at 12:40 and got to work. Troubleshooting didn't take long; we needed a new pump on the unit. He had one in the truck, and we sat and chatted with him while he worked. He was pleasant and efficient, and about an hour later all the work was done and the AC was cranking. We settled up and he was on his way shortly thereafter. I wish every service technician was as knowledgeable and friendly, and that every service call was as enjoyable. Not that I hope I have more HVAC issues, but it will be my pleasure to call Legend Air for all our future needs. Too bad I can only give them FIVE stars!

She heard the history of my repairs and insisted she have someone look at if first. Glad she said that! The repairmen were stumped. Said nothing was wrong with the unit. But they took the time to really talk to me. Through that convo we diagnosed the issue! It turned out my roofers didn't set the new attic fan to the right setting. Rich fixed that and also explained how to troubleshoot issues for future repairs. He told me what can be fixed and what can't. Super honest guy. Unfortunately the solution involved cutting an access hole in the wall which they were unable to do (so I had to get a handyman to come and take care of that before they could perform the repair).
