Classes at Edge are small by design- 15 people max, ensuring that everyone receives individual personal training- with a focus on correct form. If you live nearby, joining up is a no brainer. Way cheaper than the area's class based gyms like Jungle, Oak Cliff Pilates, or F45, and you'll be just as (if not more) healthy if you do some basic research first or work with their coaches.
