Great gym, the fact that is always open is a big plus, my work doesn't allow me to have a normal schedule so a gym like this is my only solution, so I love that about this gym. Also I love the people working here, very positive all if them, always ready for action, always pushing you to be more than the best you can be.

I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I had signed up online for a 7 day pass but when I showed up at the gym the owner and zach the front agent told me there is no 7 day pass and its only 1 day. But the pass not only prominently shows up on their website, it shows up prominently on their Yelp page as well and it is a current promotion. I really hope I wasnt the victim of racism. The people (and businesses) can be so slick with it out here in Dallas. My review is below: ________________________________________________ Today I visited this gym. I was impressed. It's a secure facility. The equipment is all brand new. I met with Zach the front agent and he was friendly and easy to speak with. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I also met the owner Renee and she was nice as well. The best part about this gym are the private restrooms and showers. There are no stalls like in other gyms. You can close and lock the door behind you and you have complete privacy. There are three of these and when I entered the other two were unoccupied so I dont think there's usually a rush. I really liked the treadmills. You can watch videos and television on them. I've been to many gyms and this is my first time seeing this. I thought it was awesome that the treadmills come with inspirational workout stories and documentaries already programmed into them and those I watched were very interesting. One of the documentaries featured a young man who became a distance runner. He was in Paraguay in the mountains and training. He spoke of his life and the struggle and the views of the mountains were just amazing. Another video featured a distance runner on Route 66. I think that's in Arizona. He spoke of his struggles and how running helped him. This documentary was also put together very well. It was very professionally done. Overall the environment at this gym is very laid back and comfortable. I also liked the size of the gym. It was a nice size with everything in close reach. I've had memberships at other gyms that were so large. A few of them were two stories in buildings that were huge. A gym really doesnt need to be that large. I have some of my best workouts in small spaces. Another plus for this location on Bishop is the ample parking. The parking lot is a nice size and the walk is not far from car to front door. There are wall sized windows going around the building and from most places in the gym you can look outside and see your vehicle. The gym is also near many popular eateries with one of the most popular, Lockhart Smokehouse, being right around the corner. Literally walking distance away. The gym is located in a trendy part of Oakcliff in a community known as 'Bishop Arts'. This location has so many pluses compared to other, larger, gyms or just other gyms period. The one thing I found surprising was the fact that I had selected a free 7 day pass online and its routed to the gym's owner who is Renee but when I made it to the gym there was no 7 day pass. Only a 1 day courtesy pass and the owner explained to me that the gyms are franchised and they make their own rules. Its weird that on their Yelp page it again says free 7 day pass and this is featured prominently on their page at the top. Yelp needs to remove this because this isn't true. It also says this on their website it says this on their Yelp page as well but in person its .. 'nope.. only one day. I would say this location is definately worth the money if you're looking for a nice, quiet, comfortable place to workout with great, state of the art equipment.

A nice, very well equipped and clean fittness center with very nice owners and staff. We stayed for few days in the area and bought access for one week. I personally liked most the functional area and free weight area but there is a very good selection of rowing machines, cross trainers, assault bikes, watt bikes, ski ergs, treadmills as well. Definitely worth of all recommendations!

Great facility and everyone is nice. But the parking is absolutely horrible sometimes and that can be really frustrating.

I am not a typical gym person but wanted to work out with a personal trainer who could address the concerns and goals that I have. He does just that and more. He is not the typical trainer; he knows anatomy and can help with specific goals. He is well read and takes into consideration eating habits, ancestral eating patterns, etc. His place is in a convenient location - near Bishop Arts on the side street, near the corner of Jefferson Blvd (also near the Bishop Arts Theater). As a woman, I had concerns about working out with a male trainer, alone in his studio -- he is non-creepy and very respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to send my friend, my mother, or my daughter in for a workout session with him. His place is well lit, very clean, and organized. He is dependable and the kind of entrepreneur who you want to help succeed by sending him referrals. His pricing is very reasonable and worth including this in your spending plan. You will see results fast and feel better about your body knowing that you are working with a Professional. I have several friends who also go to him and have great things to say about him. We highly recommend Jonathan.

I was referred to Andy Ferguson, and he has been laser focused on getting me to my goals. He's knowledgeable and precise in his approach, and has a wholistic perspective that has been very effective. Trophy is also a very good gym, this location is just the right size, is clean, and has good equipment. The staff are friendly and professional - Greyson, john, Gina, and the entire staff is friendly and warm. When I need help they are responsive. I've been to many gyms/trainers, from Los Angeles Equinox, to San Antonio Golds Gym, and Houston 24 hour fitness, but Trophy has really honed in on what makes a gym great and has fair pricing. Plus, parking is convenient and free.

From day 1 every single person on staff was welcoming and personable. One thing that was abnormal about this gym was the community within the gym. I moved to Dallas knowing no one and found this to be a very social gym. Majority of my friends came from meeting other members and trainers. The classes are motivating, the free recovery sessions are a game changer, the trainers are SUPER knowledgeable, and the amenities of a hot tub, sauna, and steam room are the cherry on top. If you are looking for a gym, look no further. Joining Trophy way the best decision I made next to moving to Dallas.

IF THIS WAS MY GYM I WOULD PICKETT EVERYDAY…read more Whenever I travel, I look for a 24 Hour Fitness. I also look for two simple things: safety and cleanliness. Shouldn't be too much to ask, right? I was visiting from out of town and needed to get my weights in. Ya'll know squats and deadlifts are on a schedule. What I didn't know was that I should've packed a hazmat suit along with my gym shoes. I mean, I pay for a membership--not an archaeological dig site. I came in on a Sunday around 2 PM. The nice stuff (because I'm fair): Plenty of squat platforms (a pleasant surprise) Greeted at the door both in and out (hi and bye matter) Tons of parking Right off the freeway--easy in, easy out The surrounding area feels safe NOW, LET'S TALK REALITY: This place is filthy. I'm almost certain it's never been cleaned. Ever. Equipment is dilapidated, saggy plyometric boxes and somehow, even the weight plates are destroyed. Didn't know that was possible? Me neither--until I came here. It honestly feels like this is the retirement home for all of 24 Hour Fitness's old equipment. If you've ever wondered where gym gear goes to die, look no further. CLEANLINESS: nonexistent. MAINTENANCE: not a priority. WOULD I RETURN? You know it's bad when you think the hotel gym is better than the actual gym. "Bring back Covid cleanliness guidelines."

The Stationary bikes need urgent maintenance. They shake way too much during exercise, the resistance levels aren't consistent on some of the bikes, the seat back is broken on one of the bikes, one of the bikes is missing a foot strap for over 2 months without replacement. Also, the towel and cleaner bottles were empty at 3 stations while the staff were on their cell phones up front for the last 4 days. This was around 9:30 P.M. This is unacceptable because members need to clean and sanitize equipment for our workouts. Management! Please address this matter with the staff.

The women's locker room is impressive, featuring lockers for personal belongings, a sauna, and a cold plunge. There are also convenient water refill stations throughout the gym. One of the most unique features is the slide, which definitely adds some personality and fun to the space! There's also an outdoor workout area in the corner for anyone who prefers exercising outside.
