We have light grey concrete pavers that were installed about two years ago, and the surrounding eucalyptus trees have been relentless -- the seeds and leaves constantly fall and leave dark stains that are nearly impossible to get out. We hired another company a year ago to clean and seal and it was a mediocre experience at best. They also permanently damaged some of our pavers, which was beyond frustrating. Michael and his team were a completely different experience from start to finish. They treated the stained areas individually before pressure washing the entire surface. After the first wash, they noticed new stains had already fallen from the trees and without hesitation offered to clean everything a second time - which took an entire additional day of work. They then covered the pavers with tarps and plastic to protect them during the drying process, installed new high quality sand, and applied two coats of high quality sealer. We went with the natural look and they came out absolutely beautiful. Unlike the previous company's work, you can actually see and feel the protection on the surface. A few days later, Michael and his son came back on their own to help us move all the heavy furniture and items back into place. Nobody asked them to. They just showed up and did it. I fix and flip properties, so I work with contractors constantly. Michael and his team are among the best I have ever worked with - honest, great communicators, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, then went beyond it. I rushed out and saw that my driveway was filled with oil drippings and quickly moved it into the street. I was suppose to leave early that morning on my trip, however, I now needed to exchange the van for one that didn't leak oil. I got the new van and was on my way to my trip, however, still needed to get the oil stain out especially with the heat wave. Michael was very responsive and came out within an hour, he explained the whole procedure and was so professionally and amazing to work with. He explained that over time, the stain will lighten. He removed as much as possible and said that my concrete driveway is very porous so it will leave a shadow. The Pressure Washing Guys are masters at what they do. Our rooftop and house were filthy. I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. What I would of liked was an explanation to me that the screens were going to be bent because of the way they are before they actually did the work. I wouldn't have agreed to the work if I had known the trims were going to come out the way they did. Also I let them know that my condo was on the 2nd floor. Why did they not bring any ladders? They were maneuvering and trying to get these screens in place all from the inside and long sticks outside. Lastly, no mention that I needed a water spout. Lucky for me I had one in my garage, but condo communities don't have that. They did offer to fix the issue within 2-3 weeks which I can be thankful for, but I didn't like the way the business was handled from the beginning and my condo was being sold.
