Problem is since it's pretty old the parts are not easy to find and ended up being in back order. I was concerned about the timing and our ability to find a solution that would not be too expensive. A couple of weeks ago, I replaced the slider locks on 3 patio doors, with another company. I apparently paid almost double what Slider Solutions would have charged. Better late than never and I'm glad that I found Fredy from Slider Solutions when I went to replace the rollers on 2 closet doors.
