Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

She asked me if she could put a small hidden sticker on the inside of my clothes so that it won't get lost- which is very unique. They use a scanning system to keep track of all the clothes. She asked me how I'd like my shirts starched and wrote down her hours for me. It took 2 days for have all 10 items done (shirts, slacks, tuxedo, suits). They did a wonderful job! I told her that one of my shirts had two loose buttons and she said they could handle that for me. I asked her if I could pick my clothes up on Saturday and she told me that I could actually pick them up on Friday after 5. Wow! Things must be getting better organized at this joint! Right? Wrong. I received the attached text message on Friday. Today being Saturday, I went to pick up my clothes and the shirt that needed the buttons tightened was not cleaned nor repaired. I was discussing with the person I left my clothes with and then Maria inserted herself into the conversation and said "it's not going to be ready till Tuesday." I told her that I got a text and she said it didn't matter, and as she walked my shirt over to a man, who just like Maria, wasn't wearing a mask , began to discuss in Español, that I was "trying" to "say" that my shirt was supposed to be ready. I speak Spanish by the way. I then told them both that it didn't matter because I won't be using them any longer and unclipped the tag from my still unlaundered shirt. Meanwhile I had to wait while a very sweet young lady had to count several bottles of change from the register. Maria didn't want this opportunity to say something smart to pass her by. She went back over to her chair, sat down and said "they wouldn't have told you that." What a bad representative of such a well known company. As a retired small business owner, I'm just embarrassed for the McNatts. I'm going to have to take my business to a less convenient McNatts. I don't have a problem with the quality of the cleaning because it was top notch. I'm paying for my entire experience when I visit a service based business. I want to be treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. Here's the crux of it; if you have to go to this location, just make sure that Maria isn't there or, that you don't care about how you are treated as a customer.
