Anytime I call, it goes straight to voicemail. Russell's phone number won't even work for me unless he turns on iMessage. This company is not at all what it used to be when I first got the equipment. I think Russell may be putting me off indefinitely so the warranty on my system runs out. This company seems to be quite shifty and the people are possibly conniving to not have to devote any additional funds or time to me as a loyal customer. It was a much better organization when Jack Ervin worked for them; but, unfortunately, he retired. This is a deplorable state of affairs they've put me in. My only recourse may be to take legal action against them.

Our salesperson was Sara and she came out, tested our water and shared resources where we could get more facts about our water. We got a quote for a plain under sink unit and a whole house system, and she thoroughly explained all the different options you could get. My extended family buys alkaline water, so we decided to be bougie and get that on the counter spigot, however at Sara's suggestion we did plain RO to the fridge and ice maker. David was the technician that came out. He was extremely personable and you can tell he believes in their product. He did a great job drilling into our countertop and provided some guidance in machine placement for easy filter changes. They sell an American made product, and it has great reviews. You hear horror stories about tap water so I was excited to see how gross ours was. Marquis Easley came out on the scheduled day and time. Marquis is an ABSOLUTE GEM!!!!!!!!! The presentation was awesome. He set up the rainsoft system to our kitchen sink and did a water test on our tap, our drinking water, and the Rainsoft system from the tap. Our drinking water that we buy from the Primo machine and the Rainsoft water were identical. The tap water was DISGUSTING!!!!!! It was cloudy and icky. I would have been horrified if I was a tap water drinker. We were absolutely sold on the product, though I am not sure if the Rainsoft sample they used was super concentrated compared to the actual system they install. Pricing was very very very expensive. I knew that they were going to have a sales pitch though they made it seem like this was a free test in affiliation with the City. And boy was the sales pitch STRONG! The system by itself is $5,995 and with the add ons like alkaline water only go up from there. We were quoted $8,995 for everything. That is a tremendous amount. I never knew that I was going to be letting someone into my private space to sell me on such a huge ticket item. When I asked for the term of the loan that's when things started to make me uncomfortable. Marquis just repeated $108 a month. This is where the deception comes in. We did an application and figured that we could see what the interest rate came back at and then decide from there. My husband has a credit score in the sevens. His interest rate came back at a whooping 9.9%!!!! Please please please do the math before you sign anything because you are also signing a purchase agreement when you do your application. The terminology in the purchase agreement gives you 3 days to cancel from when you sign. They pressured us to do the install the day after the presentation when we were approved for the loan. Please go online and calculate the amount financed at the interest rate. When we were approved, I felt that they were sneeky and tried to hide the interest rate (and I'm sure for good reason). It was just "You're approved for $108 monthly payment ". $108 /month on a $9k loan will take nearly 12 years to pay off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your total amount paid is not $9k but rather over $15k!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only other option (and it's a totally separate application) is the Home Depot no interest for 24 months. That payment ends up being $375/month. If you don't pay it off in the 24 months you get hit with a ridiculously high interest and you would need to read the contract to see if it's the total interest on the full amount OR remaining amount owed. For this reason, they lost us. It's a great product and the people are incredibly nice. For us, it came down to the price and loan terms. I would only buy this if I could buy it upfront or have an absolute way to pay it off in 24 months. We canceled the contract the day after the presentation.

There was no No warranty nothing they left a gaping big hole under the kitchen sink and they charged us for 2 days over $1,000. They also wouldn't leave any brochure or offfical pricing, at the end just left us with a hand written price on blank piece of paper. They will try to tell you spending 6k will even out with "free soap" they give you. Culligan was exact opposite. No pressure, very honest on what system you do and don't need and our price was the same price as others in our neighborhood and thousands less. When I asked about higher level machines, he said it wasn't worth it for what we have and zoned in on 2 products he would recommend. We noticed immediately the difference. During install they were very clean on the work also.
