You surprise him by ordering a masseuse to come to the house, set up a spa environment in the living room, and give him a satisfying massage. I knew of FeelXtra but had never ordered a service before. I used the website to book the masseuse and it was very easy. You'll input your CC info (they won't use it, as you'll be invoiced after the massage through an email), and can pick the gender of your masseuse (very appreciated). You're asked to fill out a health history form, and you get a confirmation email. Very professional and easy to use. The masseuse arrived and set up the table. She also asked about oil scent preference and had nice spa music playing. I was told the massage was good and it was nice not to have to worry about paying at the moment. Overall, I would definitely use this service again. It's a great gift and also a really wonderful way to treat yourself without having to leave home. Super convenient!

The attendant was out of the room more than she was in the room. She actually took 2 phone calls during my session and 2 other times another person came in the room to talk. Usually your neck, shoulders and décolleté is included. Not so in this case. Usually a hand massage is also included. She rubbed my arms and skimmed the top of my hands. I should have known this was not a class act when she asked for payment up front. The rooms were so small she bumped into the table every time she got up. At one point she half sat on the bed to look at a machine or products she needed. She was not prepared and I laid on the bed for 10 minutes before she came in.

Even though I had yet to even step foot in the building, let alone receive what I paid for. I reached out to Groupon and am hoping to get a refund or at least a credit for another spa. Upon arrival instead of a warm greeting my father is approached with an attitude as if we did not pay for their services. When explaining that we have paid we are forced to cancel our appointment are told we need to pick a different date to better accommodate them. Never in my life have we been treated so poorly on multiple accounts. And it is not until we ask for a manager or a name that we are told they will try to "fit us in" for an appointment we paid for.

I was meeting a friend there. I just met my friend their for our appointments and was told they only had room for one of us because they gave the second appointment to a walk in that called an hour ago for an appointment and didn't prepay. Turns out they don't check their online booking system and only know if they have an appointment if a pop up comes up on their phone. This is not the way to do business. He was adamant that even though it was their mistake, the second slot had to go to the guy that just called and not me who made the appointment 24 hours in advance. So make an appointment here at your own risk because even if you pay for it, they may not honor it and then you waste time and money. And if you want to try to go here, definitely call and do not use their online booking system. You have been warned.
