Low grade company, the bunch that deliver (or actually DON'T deliver) and then Purolator for being low grade enough to hire this bunch in the first place. They don't call. They don't ring the doorbell (apparently it is beyond their skillset to push a button). They don't even knock. They leave the tag on the door and expect the customers to go to their warehouse and deliver their own package. I NEVER use Purolator because the delivery here in North Bay is COMPLETELY incompetent. Their ratings are abysmal on all the sites that carry business ratings. Maybe I'll start flooding Purolator with complaints until they contract with delivery people who have a clue. read more

I ordered textbooks online to be delivered to my address. They were delivered to another address, same as last year, even though the address is clearly labelled on the package. I'm glad the person was honest and contacted me. I have also received packages for other addresses, again clearly labelled. The delivery person should be more careful when reading the label. read more

Terrible service. Driver didn't wait 20 seconds for me to quiet my dogs. Though he could obviously hear me telling them because I could hear him through the door. Said I was unavailable. Which is a total lie. Clearly afraid of dogs!! But guess what? People have dogs! You shouldn't be a delivery driver if you're afraid of dogs! Lousy customer service too! I had a package delivered to my old address where my friend now lives, When i went to pick up the package the clerk would not give it to me even tho I have had parcels delivered their before, but since my address didnt match i could not get it. I returned the next day with a bill of sales with the senders name, address, my address and name, and tracking number and STILL they would not give it to me. Had to have it redelivered to my friends house. Needless to say I will be avoiding their services from now on read more
