I visited Purple and was helped by a fellow Kerri (name twins ), who truly went above and beyond. It is rare to find such high-quality customer service these days. Kerri was incredibly knowledgeable about the various pillow types and helped me determine which would best match my sleeping style. She was remarkably patient, switching out different pillows for me to test multiple times. I struggled to decide between the Harmony Medium and the Dreamlayer because both were so comfortable. Kerri seemed to genuinely care about finding a solution for my neck issues rather than just making a sale. I ultimately chose the Dreamlayer, and I haven't had any neck pain since! It is truly the perfect pillow for my body type and sleep style. The entire in-store experience was pleasant. I never felt pressured or like I was being "sold" to. My husband and I purchased the Purple Restore Hybrid (Firm) mattress at Living Spaces, and it didn't break into anything near the same mattress we tried in store. We knew there would be a break in period, but it didn't break in during our trial period despite us being on the bed a lot. It was way too firm for us and we've been experiencing a lot of pain because of it, but our only option was to pay a $200 restocking fee at Living Spaces and opt for an exchange (since there are no returns). We decided to visit the Purple store at the Cerritos mall to check out some Purple mattresses that weren't on demo at Living Spaces. Bryna greeted us with a friendly smile and led us to try out a few mattresses. She was very informative and helpful! We left the store feeling confident with which mattresses we'd choose from. If we didn't step into the Purple store and learn all that we did from Bryna, we would have chosen the Helix Midnight Luxe mattress for our exchange. Our experience with Bryna made us wish we had gone through Purple directly. Next time we will. In case anyone wonders which mattress we decided on for our exchange, we went with the Purple RestorePlus Hybrid (Soft) and I know it's going to make all of the difference. It's being delivered tomorrow and I can't wait! I have scoliosis and some other back issues/sciatica and the firm mattress was just too firm. The Restore Plus Soft Hybrid is still supportive and not as soft as you may think. If you're a side sleeper, definitely go with this one, especially if you're overweight. read more

Amazing beds and motion frames!! The zero G feature literally made my body relax so much I didn't realize how fatigued I was from walking around the mall. It immediately relieved pressure and pain from my body. The mattresses are super cooling since they don't have the memory foam, they use the grid technology that conforms to your body without the heat. The beds feel amazing and so do the pillows. Great value compared to the traditional beds like tempurpedic. Definitely worth the money. Amazing service from the team as well. I just received my Purple Restore Premier mattress and I'll be reviewing the store and not the mattress since it's way too early. Jeff was my sales rep, he wasn't high pressure like most salesman are, he did like to upsell other products but that's his job, and my wife did buy a couple, aside from that Jeff was very informative, understanding and patient, what I liked the most is when I asked a direct question I got a direct answer. The Delivery; Two days after our mattress was delivered, the delivery service was horrible, they didn't bother knocking or ringing the door bell, the driver said they usually leave it on the porch, If I hadn't opened the door, my $4000 mattress would have been left there, waiting for someone to snag it. The mattress arrived rolled up in a plastic purple bag, VERY heavy, I asked if they could take it up the stairs and he said I would have to pay the $200 fee for setup, really? and they don't take your old mattress, another company does that... All in all, I give their delivery service a big fat F. I called the Cerritos store afterwards for pickup of my old mattress, spoke to "Amy" who was very nice and attentive, she looked up my order and said she would follow up with the pickup service, she called back within 30 min and said it was all taken care of and I'd be contacted. I did have one issue, I found the mattress went on sale online, $340 less than what I paid, I called customer support and they immediately issued the refund to my card in the same day, no haggling, no arguing and no red tape.. All in all, customer service in and out of store was GREAT, I give them AAA+ on all fronts. Thank you! read more

I bought a purple mattress and loved it so much that I came back and order 2 upgrades higher along with the reclining frame! OSCAR was great and very knowledgeable! My husband and I went inside Purple just to "look" at pillows since he needed a new one. We started looking around, I've heard of these mattresses before and wanted to test them out. And also, we desperately need a new mattress too. Amy approached us and was so attentive, she told us about the current sale taking place, but she also wasn't pushy. When we asked her questions she answered very nicely and not rushing us. Sometimes I notice that some sales people help us less or seem annoyed if they think the customer isn't going to buy anything, but she wasn't like that. Well, we ended up buying a new mattress, new base for the mattress, pillows and mattress cover! Amy went over the difference in the mattresses, explained the whole deliver process and even told us about the 0% interest free option that they have. She was very helpful during this whole process. Just bought our Purple Mattress ! We picked the Rejuvenation luxury hybrid purple mattress and we are so excited. Also Bryna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we were very happy to have someone so sweet helping us out. We haven't received the mattress yet but I will update my review once we have it and have let it set. But one downside personally is with such an expensive bed and picking the top tier mattress, that the purple bed sheets would be included but they are not. Nothing additional is included. read more

Horrible customer service from the employee that I unfortunately didn't get a name because she didn't even acknowledge me or my husband but it took place on March 2 around 7:00pm she had blond hair. We walked in was not greeted literally past right in front of her and she didn't even acknowledge us. My husband had a question about the seat padding had to ask her twice to even get a response which she was rude about. The store lost a sale because of her bad customer service wonder how many other sales they have lost. I went here on Thursday and walked out with a purple harmony pillow all thanks to Bryna who by the way had amazing customer service and was patient with me when it came to picking out the right pillow with advice from her on the different pillows at hand, for the value of this pillow I can't complain it's really comfortable for the first night using it I woke up with less shoulder pain.
