I was expecting a swarm similar to a used car lot, but was pleasantly surprised when it didn't happen. The guys in the store were more than willing to help with questions, but gave me space to check things out. After a few minutes of browsing my son was getting bored, without saying anything, one of the guys brought over toys to play with and started chatting about how his kid is a little older so he keeps bringing in stuff for customers kids. We talked for a while about the move, about kids and different places he had lived in California. It was such a good experience that I came back the next day and ordered my new bed. Even though the service at the shop was great, I ran into a problem when the bed-frame I ordered didn't fit up the stairs in my new house. The delivery guy told me to call the store and ask for a split frame. When I called one of the newer associates answered and looked up everything. He said they could special order a split frame for me but it would be more expensive than the frame I had originally ordered. I agreed to a $50 charge for the new frame and just awaited a call to confirm the new delivery time. When Neil called me the next day informed me that the new frame was ordered and set for delivery later that week. When I asked about how I was going to pay the extra charge he said he already waved it for me. He told me that it wasn't my fault and relocating across country was hard enough. I have never had someone provide me with such above and beyond service. I couldn't be happier with my decision to shop here.

We came in on a Saturday and worked with Zeb. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, authentic and most importantly he gave us time to discuss amongst ourselves while choosing the right mattress for us. He listened to all of our indecision and made us feel informed and comfortable with our ultimate decision. He never pressured us to spend more than we wanted or get add ons we didn't need. I truly never thought I'd review a mattress store, let alone so positively. I walked into that experience feeling like I was going into battle but walked out relieved and excited about our purchase.
