I was in dire need of flowers to be sent to an important person in a limited economic situation. They answered the phone with all questions I had. They had everything of their flower samples on their social media page Instagram. I do not do social media. They were kind enough to send me picture messages of some samples and reply to me as late hours in the evening. Very professional very courteous very respectable. I have the worst experience with this shop. Made my reservation for a flower arrangement on Thursday for a pick up for Saturday morning. The girl that worked there or I don't know probably the owner said that the shop usually opens at 10am. I told her that I need earlier but that's ok if she can't make it I can pick up Friday evening. She said no worries I'll be there at 9am and will have your flowers ready. So went there on Saturday morning at 9am. Shop was closed. Texted her no replies. I called her she picked up and I informed her that I'm in front of the shop and the shop is closed. She was very surprised and said that you know we usually open at 10am. I said yes I know you told me but if you go back to our text messages you will see that you told me to be here at 9 for pick up. So, obviously she didn't have the order ready because she forgot about it. Started apologizing, but it wouldn't change a lot, because I didn't get my order and I had a very important occasion. She said wait for 15 mins and I'll make it for you. But I didn't have a lot of time, not even a min. Later she texted me that the order is ready and that because of the storm she didn't receive her order, since 6am she was trying to get the flowers that I wanted. The excuses were very funny and cheap. I would like her to be honest and just say that she forgot, because as I mentioned above she was very surprised when I called her in the morning. If really the was the case, when I called her she should have been ready for my call and tell me that you know what since morning I'm trying to get your order but I was not able. Or she could inform me earlier. It was obvious she forgot. Very poor way of running a business. And especially very poor customer service. They were able to easily ruin my day and all my plans for the day. Edited (the owner replied to my comment): Ani please stop changing your story. You didn't open your shop at 9am for me, I was there at 9am and the shop was CLOSED. The flowers WERE NOT ready at 9:10am as you said. We both have the text messages where it shows the time. And we are adults. Be honest with yourself and with your clients. You're making everything even worst with your excuses. read more

I had very high hopes for this place and was beyond excited to place an order with them for Mother's Day flowers considering how beautiful their arrangements are, but I've never been this disappointed. I ordered flowers for my mom weeks in advance to have it delivered on Mother's Day at around 12-5pm and never got them delivered so I ended up canceling it at end of the day because at that point it was useless and got a refund. It is a shame that I couldn't give a gift to my mom and it ruined my whole Mother's Day surprise. Very horrible customer service, didn't even offer any type of discount for future orders due to these types of inconveniences to their customers. Tihana's Flowers are way to go guys. I have been going only to this place for my flowers since I found them on Instagram because I have only received excellent service from them. She always makes sure I get exactly what I want, chooses the flower colors carefully to match what I wanted . I am not even that detailed about ordering my flowers as much they are. I am always hesitant to direct message flower shops because they almost never reply on time or when they do, you just feel like you are of many orders they get and they don't really care about your specific order but Tihana's Flowers is so good to reply right away and help you in any way possible. I am very rare on writing a review but I am going to because they deserve people to know how exceptional they are . I was going through reviews and I have noticed that many of their costumers share the same opinion about this place and of course there has to be one costumer who is unhappy because of something so small such as waiting for 10 minutes. I always felt so upset when people are trying to look for a good place and sometimes it can be something so important such as doctors offices ( VERY OFF TOPIC ) and there is a good bunch of people who will say " Worst place ever, had to wait 15 minutes when my appointment was exactly at 3pm, and I am a very busy, important human being " Ruining the review of the place based on your own patience and things that maybe you can fix within your self is very disrespectful and misguiding.
