So I was very nervous when I had to leave her for a week! I had a work trip come up and Whiskers On Kittens took care of her! I took a tour before the boarding and asked a bunch of questions... Of course it was hard leaving my kitten and I was worried... But they communicated with me every day, sent photos and videos, and answered my questions about how she was interacting, and if she was eating and all those other crazy cat Mom things... Scheduled my appointment with her spoke with her on the phone, spoke with her via text and all the times I communicated with her I mentioned numerous of times about matting and how badly matted my dog was due to me just having a baby we had to hold off on the groomers expense. I stated this to her and she mentioned she would be able to demat him no problem. Never asked for pictures never communicated that it could be a possibility that she wouldn't be able to do it. Etc. Instead, she secured my appointment and waited until the day of when I arrived to tell me that she wasn't going to be able to demat him due to liability concerns. I feel like it was a load of crap because she waited until the day of the appointment, have me drive all the way to her just for her to tell me she won't be able to do it. I reached out to her via text because thats how we've been communicating and I stated my concerns to her regarding how I felt as a client and she didn't respond which says enough to me. I sent Hachii to his vet and other groomers and no one had an issue with grooming him, it was finding a groomer with a reasonable price, which we were able to do, by the way. And Hachii is doing fabulous and looks so good and we're so happy to have him back in good condition. Just wish she would of told me to send pictures in prior to his appointment of his condition before having me drive all the way to her just to turn me away.
