This has been an incredibly distressing experience for us, as we have never encountered such issues in our previous visits. What has added to our disappointment is the response we received from your team. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of any responsibility, the groomer was defensive and dismissive even when we provided our vet's medical notes. We understand that accidents can happen, but the lack of empathy and accountability in your response was disheartening. When I arrived to pick him up they showed me a video of the woman shaving his foot and him pulling his foot back. This, they said, meant two people were required; hence, an extra fee was assessed. My dog is 8lbs by the way and not aggressive at all. Next, when I picked up my dog they attempted to charge me another additional $15 because they assumed my dog was over 10 lbs even though I had already told them he was 8.4 lbs. The didn't re-weigh him, they just charged me based on their assumption until I said something and requested they weigh him there. He was 8.4 lbs. Lastly, my dog had fleas the next morning. When I texted them about this, she asked if he does monthly treatments. Yes, I said. Her response was then essentially "well, I wish I knew why your dog is on the treatment but still gets fleas". For a split second, I could appreciate the humor, but then I remembered the $91 I paid for this terrible customer service. I mean, if this is acceptable for you, then cool, but it isn't for me, so we won't be back, and I do not recommend.

Great groomers here as I used to go to another place down the road but they were taken over by other management and their top groomer came here so I followed him. Both the groomers are very good and timely. I can drop her off by 9 o'clock in the morning and she's generally ready by 11. Great selection of snacks toys everything you need for your pets. The staff is what helped me come back is there knowledgeable super friendly and of course I love my puppy and she doesn't mind doing there. Will be using their grooming services from here forward as they do an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Right next-door to Publix easy to find in the shopping center!

However they practically shaved him bald. We didn't even recognize him!! But that's not the worst part!!When my daughter picked him up she was told he had a cut under his arm, but it wasn't as bad as it looked. The picture below will show you how bad it really was!! My poor puppy looked like he'd been terrorized. There was no way the groomer could have been paying attention because the cut on my baby was extremely deep! I had my peekapoo in for a full groom and the groomer spent enough time with me to give a haircut like I normally get since it was my first time there. I like that they have samples of the different blade lengths so you can easily choose how short you want the hair. They have a play area so the dogs aren't caged up when they are waiting to be groomed. I wasn't too happy with where I was going so this will be my new spot for Cody. For the first time in 12yrs our little dogs are happy about visiting a groomer. Mindy has been phenomenal with our two chihuahuas (they are little old men and usually find faults with everything, but they love Mindy. She does a great job on them. Overall the shop is clean, staff is very friendly and we are saving so much money. They even offer two free nail trims between grooming services for each pet. Yay! We will never go anywhere else, we have found our groomer. ( we haven't lived in Georgia long and have been looking for new regular services for everything) .
