He's been running the place for almost 7 years and the hours are based on him running the place on his own. If you catch them closed one day, he may have just needed a day off because they are open 7 days a week. I wanted something cold and asked about the iced cafe which he told me had a shot of espresso and that the ice cubes were made of kona coffee so there was no watering down the drink. I was sold. While he put it together I snagged some chocolate chip cookies which were the perfect car snack and some espresso candies that I remember from back in the day. Plus my coffee was great too.
