I typically get both a manicure and pedicure, and the prices are very reasonable. They always have HGTV playing, which makes the wait and the service time fly by. At this point, I think I've tried just about every pedicure package they offer, and I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is relaxing without feeling over-the-top or pretentious, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the service. The only thing to be aware of is that they haven't always accepted credit cards. They do have an ATM in the shop and also accept Venmo and Zelle, so it's never really been an issue. My wife mentioned that when she went in for Mother's Day, they had a card reader again, so that may no longer be a concern. Overall, great service, friendly people, and a place I keep coming back to. She kept leaving in between doing each nail and would be gone for several minutes at a time. At first, I didn't mind, but this continued for about an hour and made the appointment take much longer than expected. Eventually, I was moved to a different nail tech, and he was able to finish my nails. Overall, I was there for about 2 hours and 50 minutes for a basic acrylic set, which felt like a very long time. Horrified, I asked my nail technician a bald headed guy to pull out new tools for me and I watched honey because I am not the one! He got a whole attitude about it to and smacked his lips. The bald headed guy literally skipped steps in the pedicure that I'm paying an extra 10 dollars for.(Regular pedis are 25 and "Spa pedicures " are 35 dollars.) Then when I called him out on it, he decided to attempt to redo the steps but in a half ass fashion. He barely touched the scrubber on my feet, then while he THOUGHT I wasnt paying attention because I was watching YouTube on my phone and not watching his ass, he decides to tap my cuticle and toes with the cuticle cutter instead of cut it away! Left hella cuticle and ingrown skin like WTF. So when I called him out on it he tells me it's because he didnt want to hurt me and decides to now cut the cuticle off hard as hell and going to close to the normal skin like he wanted to prove a point and make jt hurt!!! I had to yank my foot away and set this fool straight! Only when I became angry he apologizes with an attitude and and started telling me what he was doing every step of the way, like I've never gotten a pedicure before, and asking for permission to do stuff, being mad annoying and condescending. Asking me "ok can I polish the nail now?" "Can I place the sandal on foot now?" Do not insult my intelligence sir.

Each use is specific for you which I love for sanitary reasons that was a huge plus to see! They took their time and really gave the best pedicure! Everyone was super nice and the place was clean!
